During my every-other-week call to the Cartoon Network, I aksed them about
certain Freakazoid episodes they have not shown lately. I was told that
episodes #3, 13, 15, and 18 were not going to be shown for a while because of
Princess Diana references. They couldn't tell me when these episodes would be
put back into the rotation, if ever. Thank goodness I already have them on
tape!

Freakazoid broadcast schedules are available at:

FOUR unavailable episodes? Sheesh, I haven't even SEEN three of the
four! For cryin' out loud, there must be SOME way to get good-quality
copies. Any suggestions?

The real shame... in a world where the worst Pamela Lee movie is on DVD,
we can't buy a copy of the show TV Guide called "the 'Rocky and
Bullwinkle' of the '90s.'"

Hey--I've got an idea that's neato torpedo! If they're going to take
four episodes out of the rotation for awhile, leaving them with only 20
episodes to show, why don't they make up the difference by commissioning
WBA to produce some more episodes? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? (You
know I'm never gonna stop saying stuff like this.)
Grrrr. The cowards. The *stupid* cowards, too--I can see them being a
little queasy about Di's "very personal" thank-you to Freakazoid in
episode # 3, but who the hell is going to be offended by a wax statue of
Di ("Virtual Freak"), or Deadpan re-shaping her face to look like Di?
Why do these people have to cut everything that could even conceivably
give offence to anyone?
Come to think of it, when CN gets the rights to show Animaniacs in
September, will they refuse to show "Windsor Hassle?" Answer: Probably.

Ah, so those are the Di references in those episodes. Other than episode #3 I
couldn't remember where she appeared.

Just to clear up the last one: In "The Freakazoid" she's one of the
people in line to request something from Freak. Hmm. Given her
already-demonstrated partiality to the blue boy, I wonder what she wants
to REQUEST? Nudge nudge? Say no more.

That's not completely true... things like "Fatman" offended quite a few people
here, I thought... If people can't stand to see a cartoon rendition of Princess
Di ten months later, I think that that's just a little bit sad. All right,
leave out 3 in respect for the dead if you _must_, or at least the beginning of
it, but she appears in a lot more

Life is like a bowl of Jell-o... squishy and wet and lime and mellow.
Brought to you by Larissa, the teenage goddess of heavenly bodies and
brownies...
Was she dead? or just in New Jersey?

And you know, KidsWB will still show the PatB episode "TV or Not TV", which has
Di with a big part in the story...

But they'd BETTER not!
