At the end of the season finale, there was a title which read"Thanks for
calling" along with several pictures of people with their name.
Marv Alpert (indicted on sexual battery charges yesterday)
David Benoit
Bob Costas
Kieran Culkin
John Cusack
Patty Duke
Christopher Durang
Julius Erving
Eric Roberts
Wendy Wasserstein

What was this all about?

You mean you didn't notice that many of Frasier's callers sound
a little familiar?

It sounds like Marv better call Frasier back, and quick...
(But Frasier has probably "left the building" for a few
months for summer vacation!)

JLR

p.s. didn't Paramount's Sherry Lansing also call a few times? Or
maybe that was last yr...

These folks, famous actors or media personalities, all have been the voice
on the other end of the phone during Frasier's call-in show. It's always
fun to see if you can figure out who they are just by the sound of their
voices (but sometimes they disguise their voices, so you have to watch you
tape again after you've paused it during the credits)! Does this help???

I was thinking about that. I read somewhere that there is a tradition on the
show of having celebrities do the voices of the call-in patients. Mayhap that
was a list of celebs that called in.

1. From your browser, open location www.amazon.com
2. In the left column, there is a SEARCH BY heading
3. Point and Click "ISBN"
4. Put this ISBN # in the text box:
0671003682
5. Press "Search Now Button"

You will get a description of the book and can order it or just record
the information
if you want to look for it in another bookstore.
I got mine thru Amazon and it came in 3 days.

The Frasier Companion book should be available in any bookstore, though
the smaller ones might not have it. Barnes and Noble was the first in my
area to carry it; you might try looking there first if there is one near
you.
