On a related matter, I've been watching "Jeeves and Wooster" and can't
help noticing some interesting parallels between Hugh Laurie's acting
in the show (produced during the early 1990s) and DHP as Niles in some
of his more extreme moments during "FRASIER".

True. On the same general topic, did you see this week's "House"? In
it, Laurie attended a costume ball dressed as an 18th century nobleman
complete with powdered wig? I half expected him to morph into the
Prince Regent, the silly twit role he played so hilariously in Black
Adder!

Yes --- I've benjoying HOUSE more this seasons than last.
I particularly noted the Niles/Wooster parallel with the stiff,
awkward run. But there are some vocal similarities as well.
