This is very sad ----- he wrote several of the greatest ever eps of
FRASIER, including "The Maris Counselor".

Yes, I saw the notice in my local paper this weekend, and I recognised
the name instantly. Two Lloyds writing for Frasier, and so many
Davids. He was only in his 70s...very sad. Prostrate cancer. He got an
Emmy too for the classic "Chuckles the Clown" Mary Tyler Moore ep.
