I expect a similar deal is available in the US, but IMO this is a

I got a Bowflex Xtreme SE earlier this year and am really pleased with
what I've been able to do with it (a pro trainer, and training partner
friend also help a lot). Still a long way to go, but a lot better
than nothing.
