I watched Blind Faith for the first time today, and wow, what an episode! This
has to be one of the best. Didn't your heart just about break for NIcholas
when he had to kill Raleigh (in his flashback)? I wonder how they ever trained
those dogs -- they were magnificent. And I loved the ending. Tracey is even
starting to -- I want to say grow on me, but that sounds like moss or lichen,
doesn't it?! <g> This episode makes up for Black Buddha.

Anyone feel the same? Carol

There were way too many holes in it, particularly the bit about the dog (sorry,
I knew the names until I needed 'em) turning the lady into a vampire in about 2
seconds. Remember Nick was right behind the dog when he went in the door, and
heard the woman scream. *Instantly* Nick's through the door, and there they
both are, vampires. Yeah, right.

"Blind Faith" was better than most third-season eps, but then so is cholera
IMO.

I liked Blind Faith myself--thought it was FK's rather sucessful attempt at
humor, which of course had to come out verra tongue-in-cheek and twisted.
Arthur Conan Doyle meets the Hound of the Baskvilles, in actuality Nicholas's
favorite poochie? I nearly died laughing... Not to mention the hypocrisy of
Nickie-boy condemning the carouches whilst feasting on moo-blood
hisself...and a vampire-dog, just the idea gets to me somehow

Moi, have weird sense of humor? you don't say... ;) Must admit, though, that
LaCroix's handling of Raleigh is probably the single *meanest* thing he's ever
done to his favorite son...get him cross and Uncle can be cruel indeed!

Dude, this is one of my FAVORITE third season eps (all 2.5 of them) Just for
the SOLE purpose that Nick meets DOYLE!!!!! Hello, if I had JUST seen the
flashbacks of this show I still would have loved it. Oh man, now I'm just
ranting, but hey, this is my computer, my internet (my phone line ;) and on top
of all that, I am a COUSIN so I will rant a LITTLE about how one of my favorite
vampires (next to Uncle, of course ;) meets my favorite British author :))))
