Where are all the messages about tonight's episode? Come on, people! Speak
up!

Here are my thoughts...

I still like David, I think he's sweet and intelligent. But no way is he going
to say "so give me mono," it was a nice moment, but completely silly.

Ben...does anyone care about Ben? He can do whatever stupid thing he wants to
do, I don't care.

Noel and Ruby having sex? Leaves a bad taste in my mouth, I still don't like
her. Too cute. Noel's clearly thinking with his penis. Anyone still think
Felicity and Noel will get back together? It may be more murky now, but it
sounds like Ruby might be gone for a while (how many episodes is she supposed
to be on? anyone?), so maybe there's an opportunity there, although if David
(anyone have an episode count on this guy? I do hate it when producers release
information about how long an actor has signed for, but if the info is out
there, I'll take it.) and Felicity's relationship is supposed to become more
intimate...well...who knows...

I know most of you hate Julie, but her character is absolutely dead this
season. Where did she go? What about her mom and all of that?

These are my thoughts.

I know! I lkept checking the newsgroup for messages, but alas, not a message
appeared.

Ok, here are mine. I liked this episode. I had seen the preview and naturally I
was excited. When David left Felicity, I was shouting What???! I could NOT
beleive that David would be gone from the picture cause that would be TOO fast.
I kept sayying, come back come back! I mean i know that David would be gone
after how many episodes but I could not beleive that he would be gone that
fast. And when Ruby came back (which I totally didn't expect) all the more I
wished David to come back. I mean Noel would be "happy"/have his lovelife while
Felcity has nothing again!

Ok, when I saw David in the picture I was happy. My predictions were right too!
When I was crossing my fingers that David would coe back I was predicting that
he would kiss Felicity even though she had mono and I was right! I thought it
seemed pretty sweet ^_^

>Ben...does anyone care about Ben? He can do whatever stupid thing he wants

Ben sucks =( I had liked the idea of Ben and Felicity together but lately he's
been acting stupid! I don't like him anymore. He doesn't show any
thoughts/sadness over the breakup etc. etc. I like Noel better now ^_^ He's
much more believable.

>Noel and Ruby having sex? Leaves a bad taste in my mouth, I still don't like

Me too! I don't like Ruby either and I didn't like the fact that they had sex.
Well, she's gonna be gone for three weeks or so, so Noel has to watch Felicity
and David being "happy-happy" ^_^

yep, it has been sooooo quiet these days.

>I still like David, I think he's sweet and intelligent. But no way is he

I like him too, he's a nice change for Felicity. I disagree about the line. I
liked it. It gave me a warm fuzzy. And there have definitely been times in my
life where passion has taken priority over sickness, so I don't find it
unrealistic. What I do find unrealistic, however, is that whole hospital mask
thing. Tell me she walked around the city like that, c'mon! A little
overboard. So I guess the line was unrealistic in that sense. I think it
would have worked better if she was only mildly sick instead of looking like
she was about to keel over.

>Ben...does anyone care about Ben? He can do whatever stupid thing he wants
>to
>do, I don't care.

God, I never thought there would be a time when I would actually be sick of
Ben, but gosh is he pathetic lately. Yeah, you are right, who cares.

>Noel and Ruby having sex? Leaves a bad taste in my mouth,

What about her and Tom? I think Noel is going to have some inadequacy issues!

>Anyone still think
>Felicity and Noel will get back together?

Well, don't kill me for using a cheesy analogy but it's like Joey and Dawson
on Dawson's Creek. Both of these couples can never live happily ever after
until the last few episodes of the last season. If either one got back
together now, it just wouldn't work.

>I know most of you hate Julie, but her character is absolutely dead this
>season. Where did she go? What about her mom and all of that?

Yep, the power ranger annoys me. She had what, like one line tonight? The
producers said they were going to drop the whole Julie/mom/family thing because
it was too serious, and they wanted to take a lighter note this season.

>These are my thoughts.

And these were mine! Thanks for writing, because no one else seems to these
days!

Agreed! There is always at least one moment in every show that makes me laugh
out loud like a dork, that was the moment.

nah, it actually gets like that. My friend(s) had mono, and it wasn't a pretty
sight, stayed in bed for weeks.

Well, well, well..
tonights episode. Before I start, let me say that I used to HATE Sundays, now
I look foward to Sundays between 8-10 p.m.
Seriously, I tell my parents not to give me the phone, and to take messages.

Let me start, today's episode, I was very pleased with. (I should of known it
would be good, considering it's sweeps)
Noel & Felicity have such chemistry it's unbelievable. Let me add that I used
to be a Ben fan, nope, not anymore. He really pisses me off. I hate when they
focus on him. I would be so against Noel & Felicity the first season, now I'm
so for it. He is just so adorable. I don't find David attractive at all, but
he is indeed very intelligent and sweet, he doesn't bother me.
Ruby, it's not that I don't like her, just she bugs me.
The part that I found kind of unrealistic was when Noel asked Felicity about
David, and he said "So aren't you going to ask me about Ruby?" I don't know,
personally, I don't think an ex would say that. IMHO

Helena

P.S. I used to have a huge "crush" on Ben or Scott Speedman, I'm over it. Now
I like Ivan Sergei, or Jill from "Jack & Jill"
another great show, might I add.

First off, I would like to inform the writers that I am on to their little
scheme of making Ben into a homewrecker so that everyone will dislike him so
that Felicity can be with Noel. No one is fooling anyone for a minute.

The whole thing about Ruby being randomly discovered on the street to star in
a movie with Tom Cruise has to be the stupidest thing I have ever seen. Not
only is she not a professional actor with an AGENT, no acting training
whatsoever, but she is supposed to be suddenly whisked away to shoot a film as
high profile as TOM CRUISE?? Get real. This was even too over the top for
fantasyland. This would have been a much better plot twist if she was going
to be in an Indie film.

Ben: MORON AWARD!! If he couldn't see that Marcy was married from a mile away,
who is he kidding? Also, from the way he pined and pined over Felicity at the
end of last season, he never seemed to like her as much as bitchy wenchy
Marcy. Inconsistent writing. He didn't even like Julie this much.

Julie: Where WAS Julie? For that matter, where was Sean? Off shooting
movies? Heheh.

For some reason, Noel and Ruby sleeping together so soon made them both seem
really piggy.

One last thing, Mono is NOT the Bubonic plague, it does not spread all through
a dorm floor. When I was in college, my friend's roommate and my suitemate
had mono (one person). No one else on the floor, including her roommate got
mono. Funny storyline, but dumb. The flu would have been so much better.
Mono takes forever to get over. Is everyone going to be at death's door until January?

Thank You! I was going to write the exact same thing! I'm glad someone else feels the
same.

Agreed. I'm not looking forward to next weeks episode. All about Ben the homewrecker.
Yuck.

Agreed. I didn't like it either. Especially when the episode tries to make us want Noel
and Felicity together. Plus, everyone talking about Ruby's birth control was very crass.

Please don't get me wrong, I agree that birth control should be talked about and the scene
between Felicity and Ruby was fine. My problem, I guess I should have been more specific, was
Felicity and Noel discussing it. He had this look on his face like "Cool, I didn't know we
were going to have sex!" Felicity should not have told anyone-Ruby talked to her in
confidence. Instead of showing a responsibe mature student - RA relationship, it was a way
for Noel to find out he was getting lucky. So, in that way, it was crass.

OK, Maybe I've been watching to much TV & too many movies (;-) but I have a
bad feeling about this.
Someone comes up to her in Central Park and suddenly she's in a movie with
Tom Cruise. I actually like Ruby. Anyway, none of the rest of the cast has
ever met this guy. As a native New Yorker I would ask Steven Spielberg
(sp?) to "prove it" if I met him in Central Park. She said she would be
gone for a few weeks? A movie with Tom Cruise could take months to film but
how convenient. Her friends wouldn't think anything is wrong until she
doesn't show up in maybe 3 weeks. By then this guy who no one has ever met
would be long gone, trail ice cold, and Ruby's body would never be found.
Of course I might be giving the writers too much credit to come up with an
angle like this but you never know. But then again this isn't a
detective/law type program so maybe I'm out to lunch........maybe!

I have a friend who caught a cute pun slipped in by the writers. She noted
that the eatery that Noel, Felicity, Ruby, and New Guy (David) visited was
referred to as Epstein Bar. She found this humorous since this is the name
of the virus that causes Mononucleosis. Pretty clever, huh?

I guess. But it's always been called Epstein Bar.

Epstein-Bar does not cause Mono. Epstein-Bar causes Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

The Epstein -Barr virus does cause mono as well as chronic fatigue syndrome.
