So, here's my comment and observation:
Where does Felicity live? Answer: New York. What time did she travel back
to? Answer: Sept. 2001. You'd think the first thing Felicity would do
is call the mayor or the president or some governmental authority to warn
them of the terrorist attacks that were only days away. Apparently, the
question of whether she should be with Ben or Noel was more important to
her.
I would have liked to have seen at least some sort of reference to 9/11 in
the show being that she was right in the pit of it.

I thought she went to U of NY, which is fictional. As for 9/11, it
didn't happen in TV Land I guess.
