Yes, it is true. During recording of his guest voice spots on Family Guy, the studio smelled awful. The engineers would spend hours trying to remove the sounds of their own gagging from the recordings. It was always confirmed when the janitor found Barker's loaded undies discarded in the men's room trash can.
