Singer in Floor Brigade 3-20

In the ep Floor Brigade, Dr Morton gets to treat
a negro woman who is a singer. Someone asked who
might that be. Memory returned, there was a singer
named Pearl Bailey. I did a look for pictures of
Pearl, and that might be her on the episode. Pictures
look reasonably close.

Pearl Bailey was a singer, and a good one (There's a What's My Line episode where Julie London is asked how she managed to sound so much like Pearl Bailey, and Julie replies "oh, I wish I did") However, the singer Dr Morton treats in Floor Brigade is not an actual singer, I don't think. Her name is given in the episode, Dr Morton recognizes her and calls her by name, but it is not a name I'm familiar with. I believe she was simply a character in the show.
