"OT"?? There's probably been spam posted here not that long ago.

Nope. "OT" = OFF Topic. It's used as the prefix to the subject so
people know the message is NOT "on topic".

Well, truth be told i knew that 'ot' means 'off topic', but i was in a
hurry typing it and got my uses of the term backwards.

There haven't been any "on topic" messages in here in a long time. You
would have to check with Google Groups to see when the last one was -
my newsserver is currently deleting stored messages after one week.

Is it even shown anywhere in the world?? I think it's one of those
shows that simply disappears.

Even the books run out of steam after only six titles - although until
I checked them just now, I thought there were only three since that's
all I've ever seen. Now I'll have to hunt for the other three to
complete my collection. :-\

Just found it in Canada on the Showcase network, in the last few eps
of Season 2 now.

A Canadian friend of mine mentioned that they show it all the time on Space (heh, she was shocked when I was so excited to find it on tvfreeload and have been going crazy with it since)

It wasn't very good, so most people probably WANT to forget it. :-)

It was one of those many shows that start off OK(ish), but the writers
run out of ideas quickly and the cast changes constantly, making it too
messy for most people to bother with. It might have been better as
occasional "mini-series" or "TV movies".

yes, they're screwed up contrary continuity and dangling plotlines got
to me after awhile. every ep always had some new taelon secret project
or facet of their agenda that would never get solved and would never get
mentioned again.
