I've not tried it, looked to see if it's real or not.

It's the search engine Nick is using.

Saw it on a couple different shows. Days and Blacklist that I remember. Both of them being nbc shows.

Both NBC shows and looks like it's entirely made up. It doesn't exist.

I never even noticed that, and I watch both shows. I wonder if it is some
kind of inside joke by someone at NBC?

I saw Cameron using Ewe Search on Days of Our Lives and my curiosity led me to investigate. I finally just typed ewesearch.com into my browser and it redirected to the NBC Days of Our Lives website; ewesearch.net redirects there as well. Both domains were registered by Sony Pictures in September 2012.

Whats interesting to me is that in a city where I live ther's a IT company called ewe computers, and they also have a sheep logo :D...and belive me when i say we are far from US and NBC :D

I'm just guessing but maybe they made up a faux search engine because if they showed someone using a real one....Google, Bing, etc.......they might be required to pay the owners to the real search engines for the rights to use it.
