Who is Carrie's Biological Mother??

Someone please tell me who is Carrie Brady's biological mother. I know her
father is Roman Brady, but who is her mom? I know Sami is her half sister
whose biological mother is Marlena and I know that Carrie thinks of Marlena
as a mother but in the two years I have watched the show, I have never seen
or heard of who her real mom is!

During the 80s we met all of the Bradys beginning with either Roman,
the cop, or Kayla, the nurse, and later, their parents Shawn &
Caroline, their baby brother, the rebellious Bo, and, finally, their
sister Kim. (Birth order: Roman, Kim, Kay, Bo) However, the
backstory was that they had always lived in Salem, were Roman Catholic
instead of Protestant, were working class instead of professional,
etc. & that they had been neighbors & community members all along.
But, when we met Roman he was apparently single. Later we found out
that he had had a wife, Anna Fredericks had been her maiden name, and
she was thought to have died in a boat accident, on the high seas.
After Roman & Marlena were in love & well on their way to marriage,
Anna showed up with a 3 year old Carrie. No one had known there was a
child at all.
Later, much later, I think, we found out that Anna was complicit in
faking her own death - money, greed, party-time, etc. She had been on
a yacht with Stefano, but initially she told a tale of white slavery &
narrow escapes, etc.
LeAnn Hunley played the part. Anna is also remembered for being a
great villainess, wonderful humorous character, with Tony she was a
good wife, she had great stuff with Calliope & Eugene, also with Alex
Marshall, ... what else? Carrie lived with her in Europe for awhile
after she & Tony divorced & she moved there.

Oh, and, to me, that's when Roman was really Roman, when Wayne
originally played him. And, speaking of which, I have always thought
that the actor who played George's human partner on the TV series & TV
movies of "Alien Nation" would be a good recast. Instead we've had 2
ridiculous recasts & Wayne back once when the writers were intent on
destroying his character. Bah.

Her mom was Anna Brady DeMira. anna came back from the dead as do so
many DOOL'ers. She then fell in love with and married Tony DiMera. I
quit watching for a while and don't know what happened to Tony and
Anna's marriage. I thought they were a perfect couple.

Carrie's biological mother was Anna Brady. Anna divorced Roman
when Carrie was four years old. She then later married Tony.

Tony was brought up as Stef's son. Kristen & Peter Blake were Stef's
wards from the time of their parents deaths when they (Krissy & Petey)
were children. He may or may not have adopted them. We heard it both
ways at different times. Tony was long gone, out in the world, as a
grown man, etc. by the time the Blake kiddos would have been underfoot
with nannies or whatever. Tony was married 3 times, in this order,
to: Liz Chandler, Anna Fredericks Brady, Kristen Blake. [Hope I
didn't leave a wife out before he died before his time. <G>]

OK, I think I'm right, but hopefully someone can tell you for sure....I think
it was a woman named Anna Devane (sp?). Don't remember any details.....she
was on when I was in grade school!
