Murder of unborn child

How can Jennifer be guilty of murdering an unborn child? That's not
illegal. Abortionists murder unborn children everyday and it is
perfectly legal.

It depends on how far into the pregnancy the mother is. Near term as
Nicole is, the child has a chance of living, just like a premature baby
and so the law sees it as a murder. Abortion is only allowed in the
first trimester. And let's not get into a debate about the morality of
it all....

Scott Peterson in CA was a good example of this. He was convicted of
murding his unborn son who was 8 mos. along, as well as his wife.
