How did Cassie die?

I didn't bother recording Friday's show because I'd figured it be another
lamer. Had I know that Cassie would die I've would of recorded it. All I saw
on Monday's show was Cassie's bloody body lying on the ground and Kate with
I knife in her hand (But we all know Kate isn't the killer.). Anyway, can
someone pleas tell how was Cassie killed.

Kids were whacking at the piñata when blood started dripping out of it.
The guy in the pilgrim costume took the stick and poked at it and it
broke open and Cassie fell out. One of the cops said she was dead when
she was put in it. I thought people stopped bleeding when they die.

They do, unless the wounds were in her back, then gravity would have made the
blood run out.
