I remember Ciara's 18th birthday party in March 2016. They age her again. I wonder if Claire is 21 too, that would make Hope over 55.

18, and the character both looks and acts 18. If they decide to make her
21, that would be a stretch. It would also have a ripple effect on Belle,
Sami and Marlena that would really push Marlena's age up. So Claire ought
to stay around 18 right now.
We've seen numerous examples of actors on Days playing characters either
older or younger than their actual ages (Eric Martsolf and Kassie de Paiva
are both good examples). But I personally think both Kristian and Rose seem
to be playing their age.

Hard to believe Claire is still 18 for over 2 years. In the 5/4/2016 episode Ciara said to Claire they were 18.
Ciara: Yeah, but we're 18. We can do what we want.

then de-aged Abby), it's kind of silly to reference what they have said
about people's ages on the show. The show contradicts itself constantly,
so trying to establish an accurate timeline for anyone is ultimately a waste
of time. The Maggie-Summer fiasco was a great example of this.
To my eye, Hope can easily pass for over 55, especially when I remember how
she looked when she was younger. If I didn't know their real ages, I might
have guessed Kate was younger.
