Not true. There are doctors out there who clear some kids to have breast
implants as early as age 13. It's gross, yes, but it's not uncommon.

Because people are getting the story wrong. The rumor isn't that she got breast
implants before her Rolling Stone shoot, they say she got them before she
filmed the video of "Baby, One More Time" to make her more sexy. And, judging
from guys' responses to her, it must have worked. She's hot.

Breast reductions are the only body figure altering surgery
that doctors and PS's will encourage in girls as young as
13. Presumably relief of current discomfort
is considered worth the risk that she might end up looking
like godzilla at age 23 due to the imbalances created by such
early surgery.
Liposuction and breast augmentation surgeries are generally
discouraged.

Don't try to act like you know what you are talking about because I recently
read an interview with a plastic surgeon who performs these type of surgeries
on young women. He said that as long as the parents give consent, he will
perform the surgery. Yes, it's gross, but it is real.

yeah it is legal but most competent doctors will not perform them or they
advise strongly against them if you are under 18. I honestly dont believe
Britney is only 17 so that probably explains how she got them done. if she
really is 17 her fame could probably explain that because anyone would do
anything for the famous.
