If you live in the Philadelphia area, you know that there’s currently
a strike by the transport workers employed by SEPTA, who operate all
the city busses, trolleys, and subways in Philadelphia. The strike
also affects several suburban bus routes, including the one I use to
get to work. The head of the Transport Workers Union is one Willie
Brown, who is being extremely difficult and repeatedly refusing what
seem to be decent offers, and so is causing the strike to go on and
on. After hearing about how difficult he was being, I started thinking
of that scene in DARK SHADOWS where Barnabas shouts “WILLIE!!!”
