VI. SEX: or, Who Slept with Whom? [to introductory page / to table of
contents]

VI.1. WHICH CHARACTERS SLEPT WITH BOTH J.R. AND CLIFF?

Julie Grey
Sue Ellen Ewing
Marilee Stone
Afton Cooper
Mandy Winger
Rose McKay (Carter McKay's wife)
possibly April Stevens -- she definitely slept with J.R. and may have slept
with Cliff, but I am unable to confirm that she was with Cliff
VI.2. WHICH CHARACTER SLEPT WITH BOTH J.R. AND BOBBY?
April. (April may also have slept with Cliff, but I can't confirm that she
did.)

VI.3. BUT DIDN'T BOBBY TELL KATHERINE WENTWORTH AND HOLLY HARWOOD THAT HE
WOULD NEVER SLEEP WITH A WOMAN WHO HAD SLEPT WITH J.R.?
Yes.

VI.4. UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES DID RAY AND SUE ELLEN SLEEP TOGETHER?
It happened in the fifth episode ("Black Market Baby") of the 1978-79
season. (This was before Ray knew he was a Ewing.) J.R. got disgusted with
Sue Ellen one night and decided to leave the house. She followed him out to
the carport in her nightie, crying and pleading for him not to leave her,
but he drove off anyway. Ray happened by at that moment and asked if Sue
Ellen needed anything, so Sue Ellen said she needed a "real man," mentioned
that she wanted to see his room in the bunkhouse, and embraced him
passionately. The scene faded, and in the next scene Sue Ellen was shown
sunning herself by the pool. Ray walked up to her and said, "Morning, Sue
Ellen," to which she replied with a chill, "That's Mrs. Ewing."

J.R. SLEPT WITH:

Sue Ellen (first wife/second wife)
Calpurnia "Cally" Elizabeth Harper Ewing (third wife)
Wanda Frick (wife of Luther Frick, who later terrorized the Ewing women as
revenge)
blond woman who accompanied him to Washington (episode "Act of Love,"
1978-79 season; TNN or the syndicators cut the scene in which their sleeping
together was implied, but a snippet of it was shown during the previews)
blond woman he was in bed with in episode "Kidnapped" (1978-79 season; this
may be the same woman from "Act of Love")
possibly the blond woman he was seen with in a Fort Worth hotel in episode
"For Love or Money" (1978-79 season; this may be the same woman from "Act of
Love" and "Kidnapped")
Garnet McGee (a country singer also involved with Ray)
Marilee Stone (owner of Stonehurst Oil)
Afton Cooper (Lucy's sister-in-law)
Kristin Shepard (Sue Ellen's sister)
Katherine Wentworth (Pam's half-sister)
Vanessa Beaumont (mother of James Richard)
Leslie Stewart (platinum-haired publicist)
Rose McKay (wife of Carter McKay)
Holly Harwood (he owned part of her company, Harwood Oil)
April Stevens (cousin Jack's ex-wife and later Bobby's wife)
Laurel Ellis (artist's model whom Clayton was smitten with)
Anita (woman in the mental institution, 1989-90 and 1990-91 seasons)
Angelica Nero (dream season only)
LeeAnn Nelson De La Vega (oil executive played by Barbara Eden; it happened
in the backstory only)
Julie Grey (his first secretary)
Louella (his second secretary)
Sly Lovegren (longtime secretary; it happened only once, in the 1990-91
season)
Mandy Winger (longtime mistress and ex-girlfriend of Cliff)

Diana Farrington (member of the committee investigating the Ewing
Oil/Weststar tanker collision, 1989-90 season)
Anita Smithfield (niece of Harve Smithfield in "Dallas: J.R. Returns")
possibly Carmen Esperanza, sister-in-law of LeeAnn De La Vega -- the scenes
I saw were inconclusive
CLIFF SLEPT WITH:

Penny Ames (woman he lived with in New York who died after an illegal
abortion -- happened in the backstory; mentioned during the 1978-79 season)
Julie Grey
Sue Ellen Ewing
Donna Culver (speculation -- he dated her before she married Ray)
Marilee Stone
Afton Cooper
Mandy Winger
Jamie Ewing Barnes (wife)
Rose McKay (Carter McKay's wife)
Liz Adams
blond woman in the 1990-91 season after he broke up with Liz Adams (TNN or
the syndicators cut the scene)
possibly April Stevens (I am unable to confirm one way or the other)
JOCK SLEPT WITH:

Amanda Lewis Ewing (first wife)
Eleanor "Miss Ellie" Southworth Ewing (second wife)
Margaret Hunter (Ray's mother)
ELLIE SLEPT WITH:

Eddie Cronin (boyfriend of Betty, waitress from The Hot Biscuit)
JENNA SLEPT WITH:

Maynard Anderson (politician, 1978-79 season)
Bobby

Yeah, really. What's the point of doing a FAQ about something as trivial as
Dallas if you dont want people to see it, especially if you are given the
'credit' (lets not get carried away).

When Abbie Hoffman wrote his masterpiece, "Steal this book," he gave any
underground newspaper permission to reprint all or some of it at no cost,
because they were his brothers and sisters and shared a common cause. You
should love our dallas brothers and sisters and encourage them to spread the
gospel. I am starting to think you are a very odd fellow.

Ahhh, contravary (sic, you spellchecking freaks!!!!!)!!!!

Oh, good gracious, Ldnayman thinks I am odd.

I'm reminded of the time that Jimmy Carter was running for governor of Georgia
and was called a racist by his opponent Lester Maddox. Carter's spokesman told
the press, "Being called a racist by Lester Maddox is like being called ugly by
a frog."

Well....I think you are an ugly frog so there. Plus Carter was a rotten
governor and a worse president. You should have said "there you go again" or
something from a REAL leader.

You've done an excellant job on avoiding my question, so I'll make my own
conclusion. You didn't noticed you were credited, and so you jumped down the
posters throat. Then you checked the post and realized you were credited, and
so avoided my question. Please, correct me if I'm wrong. You made a mistake.

David, that;s not fair. Jimmy Carter was a decent man and a decent President.

Anyway, eric, if you aren't a fat sarcastic star trek fan, you are something
much worse: A politician.

Why can't you address the fucking issue? Why "slick eric" your way around it?
A question has been asked of you, why you were such an anal asshole when
someone dared quote your precious FUQ, and you refuse to answer it.

It is clear that you didn't bother to read the whole post and see your
copyright included. Why would someone as analytical and silicon-based as
yourself ask someone to stop "ripping off" your FUQ when there clearly was no
rip off. An intellectual rip off is impossible when the author is given
credit, which you were with the copyright notice. Since you run all of your
thoughts through a CPU to make sure they are perfect and devoid of human error,
you are obviously afraid to admit to yourself that you made a mistake in
accusing someone of ripping you off, which of course did not happen.

So, your mind is in a state of doubt, much like Nomad of the early (and only
decent) Star Trek series. Your mission is to eliminated imperfection and
insult practicioners of imperfection, yet you have proven yourself imperfect,
and as such must convince yourself you made no mistake in order to avoid
destroying yourself.

While no doubt you will respond with another two line attepmted insult, I'm
sure the NG would much rather hear you address my accusations, if indeed they
can be addressed without you clearly admitting you made a mistake in falsely
accusing someone of ripping you off. I don't think you can do it.

Eric!! Put down that Twinkie!!!!!

And how old are you anyway? You seem to remember Dallas early run, which makes
you middle aged (or damn close), and if your in yer 60s, well I hope you have
better things to do with your golden years than pontificate about dallas.....

Jimmy Carter is a decent, kind, wonderful man. But he was a terrible President.
No gas, no electricity, hostages in Iran, malaise, etc, etc. Not a great
time.
It was just too bad...he tried to manage everything. The one decent thing he
did in office was the Camp David Accords. Glad that happened before Anwar Sedat
was assassinated.

I'd appreciate it if you gave me the same courtesy. However, the word

are an ass. I do not know eric newman personally, but I do respect the
amount of time that it took to put together his faq. IT is what most of us
fans look to for info....do you have a site out there we can steel from or
quote? Anyway, wether his name was mentioned or not, he did not give
permission. That is the point you dink. It was copied right off, not even
quoted, cut and pasted. I would not like someone to do that to something I
spent a lot of time on. Maybe you have to be "Middle aged" to respect that.
Respect is something you do not seem to have obtained a grasp of yet. By the
way, I am in my twenties, is that middle aged? Dallas only went off the air
about 8 years ago, I am sure there are a few people on the group, over 15 who
remember some of Dallas on the first go, we are not talking The Ed Sullivan
show in black and white here man. Get a grip. By the way, I am sorry if
you are only 12 or 13 and do get everything I am saying, if you want I will
de-mature it for ya, and send it along

On the old mythical, magical 'Kill file" eh? I seriously doubt it. Since you
doubtlessly have no non-virtual friends, and get a personal pleasure out of
online arguing, as it is your only social (or otherwise) stimulation, I find it
difficult to believe you would ignore me, your most worthy NG opponent, and
now, master.

However, I find it easy to believe you are abandoning the argument at hand,
leaving me to be the mighty undisputed victor. I herby declare you, Eric, to
be my online Bitch.

Whereas I clearly won the argument, proving that you made a mistake, a factual
mistake, in accusing someone of "ripping off" your useless FUQ when indeed you
were credited,

Whereas you refused to answer the questions begged of you by several members of
the NG, as to why you were upset when clearly nothing had been ripped off from
you, or any wrongdoing had been sent your way,

Whereas you have lied about your age to the entire NG in an effort to defend
yourself from my assumptions,

Whereas you had not the guts or imagination to tell me what your "certain
assumptions" about myself were,

Whereas you have continually cowered in the face of my factual accusations on
you, or anyone elses, by refusing to answer specific arguments, while still
painting yourself as an intellectual giant and an infalible source of factoids,

Wheras the only arguments you dive into with all of your considerable weight
are ones you know you can win (spelling, dallas facts, grammer) because they
are logic-based and facts cannot be debated,

Whereas I have proven that you fear arguing about opinions and feeling, proving
you lack social skills and self-confidence (you don't let us see the inner you
for fear of us rejecting your opinions; facts can't be argued with and are
safe),

I hearby declare Eric Newman to be my online bitch, having failed every
challange I have put forth to him, and myself (and hannible, Dannews and
others) to be the winners of our latest intellectual showdown.

In absence of a response, public or private (and private is just fine- I have
emailed Eric privately on numerous occaisions hoping to avoid public
confrontation- he has not responded because he gets off on the public show), I
and we will assume that Eric has accepted and will abide by the terms of his
bitchdom.

Terms of Eric's Bitchdom:

1. Eric is clearly my Bitch, and will now be addressed solely by his new title,
"Bitch Boy."

2. Bitch Boy is clearly the Bitch of anyone else who defeats him by posing
reasonable questions that he cowardly avoids or refuses to deal with in an
honorable, straightforward manner.

3. Bitch Boy cannot honorably take part in any NG discussion not involving
facts and figures.

4. Bitch Boy must apologize for his past unsubstantiated arguments and attacks,
and grammer-related ridicule on members of the NG.

5. Bitch Boy reserves the right to shed his new title and his bitchdom by
answering , in a non-evasive and honest fashion, the questions, arguments and
charges that have been repeatedly posed to him.

In addition, as long as Eric is my Bitch, I reserve the right to add new terms
of his bitchdom as I see fit.

Sincerely,

Ldnayman- Master of Bitch Boy Eric Newman

M, if that is your real name, do you really want to fuck with me?

Clearly, nothing was "steel from," since the credit was included. Stealing,
which is the verb versus the metal, is taking property that is not yours and
calling it your own, whether intellectually or materially.

Bitch Boy has also talked about viewing the first episodes on their original
run, which in my estimation puts him in his thirties, unless he was a religious
late night soap watcher at the age of ten or less.

I certainly do "get" what you are saying, and I am quite confident, judging by
your weaknesses in fact processing, grammer/spelling and wit, that you will
soon be an addition to my evidently fast-growing bitchdom.

By the way, in a related trivia question, what "artist" and one hit wonder
composed the song "pop muzik," recently revived by U2 to open their fab
pop-mart shows?

And yes, I am sure there are quite a few people "over 15" who remember Dallas.
Maybe you meant under 15......, and the Ed Sullivan show speant a good bit of
its run in color....

Will someone with some skill please step up to the mic? Make my MC battle
worthwhile please.

You are quite witty ldnayman!!! But 'bitchboy' hehehe I have no intention
of fucking with you...however you have a way of fucking with yourself which
is worthy of respect. You seem to be on many people's hit list. It is truly
a talent I am sure you are proud of. But...You can't put me in my place
quite so easily. You are a loser, plain for all to see. Too bad, your
comments make me laugh, unfortunately you don't know the skill of bantering,
without it leading to cruelty. Anyway, if I stole something from a store,
and told my parents it was JOhnny's down the street, duh, I still stole it.
You gave the credit fine, but you still ripped it off. Besides the point
anyway, you stole something, then tore apart the guy who wrote it. My
original point, grammer boy, was not that you did such a moral act worthy of
hanging or anything, only that you did not respect the feelings of the guy
you took it from. But I must admit, 'Bitchboy' I like, and will use it, and
I won't be giving you credit. Thanks for the new phrase!!!
