What actors/actress from DALLAS are now dead? The ones I know of are Jim Davis
(obviously), the actor who played Harv Smithfield, the actor who played Mickey
Trotter, the actress who played Jackie, and Donna Reed.

If you know of any others please reply. Thanks.

Alexis Smith (Clayton's wacky sister, Jessica) is dead, as are both
Digger Barneses (David Wayne, Keenan Wynn) and Dack Rambo, who played
Jack Ewing. I think I read that Ben Piazza (Walt Driscoll) is also
dead.

The actor who played Harry McSween died of lung cancer about 5 years ago. His
name escapes me at the moment, though.

James L Brown played Harry McSween - but I didn't know he died. I knew George
O Petrie who played Harv Smithfield died last year.

Whoever thinks the actress who played Jackie (Sherril Lynn Rettino) is dead may
be mistaken. Her father, Leonard Katzmann, the executive producer did pass
away last year though.

I may be incorrect but from her acting, Kimberley Foster is definately dead
from the neck up.......

Actually, I was pretty sure that Sherril Lynn Katzman/Rettino was still
alive. Anyone know anymore about this?

I read in Leonard Katzman's obituary, that he was the father of the "Late"
Sheryl Lynn Rettino. Since then, I have been looking for information on her
death (sad) and have found nothing.

Dead Dallas actors, continued:

Tom Fuccello and John McIntire, who played Dave and Sam Culver, are both dead
as is Glenn Corbett, who played a lawyer whose name escapes me. Alejandro Rey,
who played a South American generalissimo or commandante or something, is also
dead.

Dallas must have been the kiss of death for most of the minor recurring
actors.

While Barbara Bel Geddes was ill, Donna Reed played Miss Ellie. But
not very well.

Also Dack Rambo died of AIDS early 1990's. I wish Ken Kercheval would kick
off now that you mention it!!!

In article <35244653...@165.254.2.53>,
I believe the actor who played Mickey Trotter died of AIDS.
