I keep thinking that Mary Crosby and the guy who plays Alan Beam look a
lot alike--definitely the same mouth and eyes.

I have noticed the mouth thing too, but that does not take away from her looks.
She is really pretty and still looks practically the same today! By the way,
does anyone out there have a copy of Hollywood Wives (95 miniseries) that she
was in and would be willing to sell me a copy?

You noticed that, too?

Yeah, I think he has a couple of high strength black steel beams for
eyebrows. Maybe that's where he gets his name.

I always wondered if she had some kind of injury as a child that took
a chunk out of her lip. Her upper lip seems so much thinner on one
side.

Keep your eye on those eyebrows. During the dream season they are used for
Hagman's toupee.
(Newman, please add this tidbit to the FAQs. Thanks bud.)

Maybe Bing smacked her around... didn't the sons from his first
marriage write a "Daddy Dearest" book about him?
