>What did you watch?
MORAL OREL:
An out-of-order ep I don't particuarly like, so I didn't pat attention.
LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE:
A particularly annoying anachronistic episode which featured a 19th century
feminazi who came into town with a petition for womens' suffrage (or some
sort of womens' equality) to be signed. Naturally, the town is split along
sexual lines and the town's men eventually sign it, leading the viewer to
infer that womens' rights were passed solely because they nagged the men to
do it. Oh yeah, at the end there was a "cute" voice over by Laura in which she
pondered if women would ever be allowed to vote. Wink-WAH!
VENTURE BROTHERS:
Monarch and Mrs Dr-Girlfriend-Monarch arch their new assigned "good guy" for
the first time, Rusty Venture's dwarf brother! Alas, they are hopelessly
overmatched, but it was funny watching the Voltron spoof. Oh yes, the
ghost pirate from the first season is working for JJ Venture and has become
addicted to tranq darts.
HOME MOVIES:
Zzzzz... over-played
FOX AND FRIENDS.
HLN.
SILENT LIBRARY:
An MTV (reality?) game show which I assume was based on a Japanese show in
which a bunch of boys draw straws to see who has to successfully perform
wacky stunts. The gimmick is that they're sppsd to be in a library and
therefore must remain quiet throughout the hillarity that ensues or they lose.
BETTER OFF TED:
This was a typical office-setting sitcom. This week, the geeky guys took
their boss to an medeival LARP in someone's basement, only to quickly take
over. Meanwhile, a female coworker gets stuck in a friendship with another
boss who reminds me a lot of Frashier Crane's wife, Lillith.
LIFE AFTER PEOPLE:
The effects of the ocean of cities, mostly. Apparently Dubai is a shitty
place to live. In the end, about a million years after people, New Orleans
will become a future oil resevoir.
