i rewatched it last night.
A lot of the details my friend provided were from the prior episodes I
hadn't seen
so it helped to rewatch it

The reason that ben waited til the last minute, was the birds had to
be on the ground before he could start healing.

In the air, they were not helpful.

I think he told the wife to drive like hell because he did not know
whether being
in the car was enough insulation alone.

Also, the guy who I couldn't remember -- he was the historian who
talked about
the Usher.

How REALLY did Norman get a hold of that gun. He doesn't seem to have
enough
agility to lift an entire gun out of a guy's holster without being
perceived.
Strange.

An eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth. That one tooth seemed like a
huge punishment for that small smirk.

Something more is up with Norman than is being presented. Norman may
himself have powers that Justin is supressing, at costs to himself.
He can't kill him, not
just because he doesn;t have the power, but because whatever Norman's
powers,
he hopes to use them just as Iris does, but we can only guess which of
them will
manipulate more skillfully.

And on the Jonesy thing, I don't mean that Ben had to forgive him.

I do know that forgiveness is going to be a central theme in the next
episode.
Becuase that is how this episode closed. Let us pray.

I wonder if Ben will have to look into himself to forgive someone that
he doesn't
want to save, but nonetheless must. Save the life of the people who
beat up Jonesy,
tar or previous beatings? Save the life of someone who hurt one of
his family members?
He will have to look into himself to forgive someone who otherwise
hurt him and
save their lives.

And, finally, will he have to look so deeply into himself that instead
of using
ambient life forms to save others, one day he will have to trade of
some or all
of his life force to save someone else?
