He was so unbelievable tonite. I can barely stand to watch the show when he's
on. It's starting to get annoying seeing him. I can't wait till he get's his
own show. Maybe there are enough teenybobbers to actual keep the show afloat. I
sure hope so because i rather have him have his own show because i don't want
to see his his annoying ugly wearing too much makeup ass anymore. Did anyone
notice his pock marks under the makeup. You can tell the boy got a skin
problem. And don't you little bitches that claim he is a good actor get on my
back! Because i will lash out. By the way i'm female and i'm straight. So
don't try to say i'm jealous!!!!!!!!!! I'd like to torture the person who
walked up to him and said he be perfect for the role on buffy.!!!!

I'm not sure whether or not you're taking everything into account. In
Entertainment Weekly, one of the critics commented once that Angel is the
most humorless character on the show and it's true. There really isn't
much room between the angst-filled-lover and the insane-obsessed-lover to
throw in anything but a sarcastic remark every now and then ( and even
that's rare). It's kind of hard to say if he's a good actor or not
without knowing what the writers had in mind. Perhaps he is but until I
see him in a role besides Angel, I won't know. In regards to tonight, he
wasn't supposed to be "good," he was supposed to be hamming the whole
thing up to a overly melodramatic point.

You know, I wonder if it's the fact that his character will be leaving and
Joss just doesn't know what to do with him anymore. It's like setting up a
date in the future to move and you're available to move right now. Just
hanging around collecting dust (or filling facial craters to borrow your
observation). I agree, the acting seems lame, but I think at this point,
it's the non-use of his character that has stupid, obligitory lines.

You're not jealous.

In other news, Exclamation Point Values fell sharply against the
Deustchmark and Yen, due to rampant overuse.

Whoa! Can someone say Prozac time at the nut house? Lighten up!

If you were looking for a war you came to the right place...I'm waitng to see

You don't have to like everyone on the show but to hate a member so viciously
kindof takes the fun out if it don't you think?

It's not just a teenybopper thing & I think that has been proven on this NG
before. So when he gets his own show...more for us, none for you...we're all

It's no legend. Casting director Macria Schulman confirms it in The

Actually I was just thinking that it's finally getting better! In this episode
where he was attempting to counsel Faith, I thought "Huh. This isn't half bad.
Maybe we're getting a taste of where Angel (the series) will go. I would watch
this."

Hey, skiz! You can change your AOL screen name, but if you really don't want
people to recognize your immature ass, don't post such obviously stupid,
ignorant rants about Angel every single time. It gives you away. Not to
mention that you're getting really *really* boring.

I am a fan of David Boreanaz, he is so hot! but I have to admit he can
hardly act. He seems to have good and bad shows. I would be very upset if
he was to get axed, just have him on when he is having a good day. But it
must be pretty hard to play someone like Angel.

Please. You want a bad actor? Watch "Xanadu" and check out the male

Keanu Reeves takes the worst actor of all time award. Just watch Johnny
Mnemonic. If you dare. Or his accent in "The Devil's Own." Just the sheer
badness of it keeps me facinated. And plus he's fine. :o)

I think you mean Devil's Advocate. "Devil's Own" had Brad Pitt trying (not very
well) to pull off any Irish Accent...which I think David did much better in

Got a friend from Ireland. He says that Brad Pitt's accent was just

He was bad in Johnny Mnemonic but he was excellent in My Own Private Idaho and
in The Devil's Own...in fact, I thought he surpassed Pacino in that one, and I
*never* thought I'd say that. It was not Pacino's best performance by a long
shot, and Keanu was excellent.

Keanu isn't a good enough actor to rise above bad material, but when the
material is good, and he doesn't have to do an English accent, he does fine.
He's a good subtext actor... gets emotion and meaning better than a lot of more
highly paid actors out there.

Indeed. Have you seen him doing Shakespeare in "Much Ado About

I thought he was okay in "My Own Private Idaho" as long as he wasn't doing
any of the Shakespearean stuff. Then he was HORRIBLE. It was such a great
movie and the rest of the cast was so good, I think it made him look better
than he was. Just my opinion.
