Could someone confirm if the actor who plays Rack in Season 6 of
Buffy, also played Zachary Kralick in Season 3 (Forget the name of the
Ep) but Zachary was the Vampire the Watcher's Council chose to test
Buffy on her 18th birthday, when Giles drained her Slaying Powers.

I am pretty sure they are the same guy. But can't be certain.

Anyone???

Wow, apparently, you are right ! I had to look it up, but it does appear
that Jeff Kober played both characters. Here's the link at imdb.

Jeff Kober, Clancy Brown (the main villain in the, one and only, HIGHLANDER
movie) and Brian Thompson (morphing Alien Bounty Hunter on THE X-FILES and
The Judge in BTVS) have gotten a lot of roles as bad guys or tragic heroes.

Actually I messed up there: I get Jeff Kober and Brian Thompson mixed up a
lot; both appeared as vamps in Kindred, and both have been vamps on Buffy.
(Brian was the Master's minion; Jeff was the insane vamp Buffy had to fight
for her "test." And they have shown up in other times as well.) They tend to
get roles frequently of the supernatural variety.

Sure is.

I have a web page with pictures of all the actors who have played multiple rolls
on Buffy/Angel here:

http://angel.fcpages.com/bdt.html

You can see him as Zackery and Rack on it.

You can also see him from his appearance as a ghost in the Charmed episode The
Power Of Two here:

http://angel.fcpages.com/chamred.html

And he appeared as an Iko on the Star Trek: Voyager ep Repentence here:

http://angel.fcpages.com/startrek.html

And he was the vampire Dadelus on Kindred The Embraced:

http://angel.fcpages.com/kindred.html

Lot's of actor Jeffrey Kober to go around.

Don't forget that he was a regular on China Beach back in the 80s as well.
