On the 90210 Christmas Special she said something about her roots needing to be dyed or to
that effect. (Or was that Heather Locklear on something else -- oh well I can't remember.)
In the early days of the show her roots were totally out of control - but at least then she
looked 10 times better than she does now.

God, I hope you're kidding.
that doesn't surprise me at all. she looks like a fake-blonde from
a mile away, IMO. i mean, look at her very dark eyes and eyebrows!
while it is true that a human *can* have blonde hair and brown eyes,
it is not very common and the hair color isn't as pale as tori's
hair is (she is a bleached blonde, fer sure). another clue is that
her hair is the same color everywhere, even at the nape of her neck.
if she was a true blonde (instead of a fake-o bleached blonde), her
hair would not be the same color throughout.
okay, unless she is an albino, that is. if that was the case, then
she would have blonde eyebrows and very pale blue eyes (almost
colorless) and her skin would be a sick pasty white.

"He" as in the person who wrote the post, not Tori HERSELF.
