From what I've heard from a friend who read TV guide is that Brandon just
needs a date to a function that the "student committee" is having. So, he
asks Kelly to go along. Lot of hype for nothing, I would say.

Kelly and Brandon should get together now that Andrea is with someone else..
It started out as a friendly thing, but I think they will probably try and
make it work. I didn't like Lucinda anyway. However it looks like Dillon
is going to get his hands on her.. Or her hands on him, which is going to
possibly happen in next weeks episode. Dillon and Brenda should get back
together though. I never liked him with Kelly anyway...
