I watched P&tB and noticed that on Pinky and the Brain and Larry, they
left out the theme for "Pinky and the Brain[and Larry]"! I had
downloaded a sound file of the "And Larry" theme a long time ago and
finally saw the episode for the first time today.

I was wondering what would happen if that episode was shown on Nick. Now I
know. If you ask me, the theme was funnier than the cartoon. This further
proves the theory that Nick is insane in a bad way.
By the way, who exactly is this "Nick" anyway? Does anyone ever wonder that?
I think Nick L. O'Deon is somehow related to Jamie Kellner. But thats probably
old news.

Ehhh, I'm not sure who Nick is (or his relations...Dilbert's pointy-haired boss
would be my guess) but I do remember reading or hearing somewhere that
nickelodeons originally were novelty movies, and the price for admission was a
nickel (hence the name).

If you *really* wanted to oversimplify the definition, I guess you could say it
was cheap entertainment. (Maybe it wasn't cheap back then, but it would be
now.)

Only today, Nickelodeon the network could use both definitions of the word
"cheap" (inexpensive and inferior quality). However, they're really pushing the
limits on the word "entertainment."

(Especially with those obnoxious hosts on the live action stuff between Pinky
and the Brain 'toons. Thank goodness the VCR lets me change channels while it's
pausing during the commercials.)
