I received your email and I see that you got my message. You have not
posted a scintilla of proof that I am Ryan. I have no control of his
actions, and, frankly, your actions toward me justify anything he does
to you.

You have repeatedly defamed me with no facts to support you specious
allegations.

With this post, I will close this chapter, and move on. However, I
reserve the right to periodically check to ensure that I am no longer
the subject of your stupidity.

Because of the nature my business and 35+ years of experience hunting
people, I do know how to find just about anyone when I want to.

Briefly put, if you leave me alone, I will leave you alone. I hope to
never hear from you again.

Mark Probert

(Who is NOT Ryan).

Since I am not Ryan, no. Mark Probert, who lives in New York, will not
post.

I do not control Ryan.

If you do not respond, I will leave.

Again, you know that how? I see no way of proving that they are NOT the
same person at this point. The evidence that they are the same person is
circumstantial, but convincing.

Neither does repeating that he IS the same guy. The circumstantial evidence
is overwhelming, but the group at large does not have hard evidence. I know
that you know more, based on your contacts, than you are telling, but just
ranting on and on that they are the same is not helping the case. I think
you know this, as we have talked outside the group, so I hope this settles
down to a dull roar.

At the same time, I don't believe Locutus (or anyone else for that matter)
can prove different people exist. Even a post from "ryan" wouldn't prove
anything, as IP addresses don't follow people to a friend's house or to the
local library. We will just have to be content with the circumstantial
evidence unless and until there is sound reason to go after the little
weasle in court.

You just cannot let it go, eh?

As for IP addresses...they are geographic specific. If you had mine, as
PR does, and you had Ryan (which he won't divulge) you would know where
we both live.

I'll tell you...I live on the south shore of Nassau County, NY, and this
can be verified by checking my IP address. Here is mine, and PR can
compare it to the one that was in my email to him:

68.194.24.232

You can then take it here:

http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm?GetLocation

I am a wee bit south of East Meadow.

Now, if you review everything you know about Ryan, you may be able to
figure out where he lives. If so, then compare it.

When you come to your senses, you do not have to say your sorry.

We will just have to be content with the circumstantial
> evidence unless and until there is sound reason to go after the little
> weasle in court.

What circumstantial evidence? That we use some of the same words? If you
think that that proves anything, you need to go back to school. It
proves NOTHING.

Now, if you do decide to go to court, please look up "malicious
prosecution" and "abuse of process". Since we are likely in different
states, do also review the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with a view
to assessment of court costs.

PR and I agreed to drop this, but, apparently you want it continued. If
so, respond, if not, then let it drop.

I am not Ryan, and there is no proof that I am.

Again, it does not follow you to a friend's house. The Supernews account
could be accessed by a friend in another part of the country. Certainly
even a vac whack would concede this point. It proves nothing. Nice try,
though.

There are other things as well. The fact that "ryan" has the drug lobby's
propaganda down to a science is one of them.

> Now, if you do decide to go to court, please look up "malicious

Is it "malicious prosecution" or "abuse of process" to go after someone who
attempted to harm your family by making false claims to DCFS? I think not.
There may not be much precedence for action at this time, but if the case of
Jensen vs. The State of Utah proceeds as planned, prosecution may be easier
than you think.

I don't want it continued. I was responding to PR and essentially tell him
that there is no physical proof one way or the other at this point and that
he was wise in his decision to drop it. You are the one who lied about
leaving this group alone.

> I am not Ryan, and there is no proof that I am.

From your email and your statement above, it is clear that you have a
tad of a problem with reading comprehension. I said if I was LEFT ALONE,
I would leave.

That's it. Do not respond, do not mention me, etc. You and PR have
accused me and my family of criminal behavior. I therefore reserve the
right to monitor what is said about me, and respond accordingly.

What you and PR fail to acknowledge is that I am open and honest about
that. I do not automatically delete my posts, I provide sufficient
information for you to identify where I live.

Take the IP address, see that it corresponds to Long Island, NY, and
then take the NNTP posting host and see that it also corresponds to Long
Island, NY.

Oh, bullshit. Because we have similar opinions? Everyone has opinions.
There are many who share mine and there are many who share yours. Your
powers of logic and analysis are, at best, weak.

Since I have been on the receiving end of those complaints in the past
(an anti-smite who was harassing my family to make us move) I know that
in many jurisdictions there is no lawsuit possible as it is against
public policy. The argument is that to allow such a lawsuit might stifle
valid reports, etc. IOW, been there, done that, won't work in NY. Maybe
in Utah...who knows...

> I think not.

Well, find Ryan and do your thing. Serve Supernews with legal process
and get his name, address, etc. When you do, you can admit you were
wrong about me. After reading your abusive posts toward me, I do not
think you have the integrity to do so. I will not hold my breath.

>> Since we are likely in different states, do also review the Federal Rules

Incorrect. I have to worry about people who lack analytical capability,
such as yourself, interfering with my personal life.

Since there is no physical proof, and your best efforts are bullshit,
your posts seem illogical since you accuse me of crimes.

>> I am not Ryan, and there is no proof that I am.
>

Of course, you do not realize that there is no way for me to prove a
negative, i.e. that I am not Ryan, but, that does not stop you from
making scurrilous claims about me.

You hang on like
> an ugly chick, don't you?

If calling you a "pussy-ass bitch" constitutes abuse in your eyes, I have no
idea how you survived on Usenet this long.

Note, no reference to alter-identities in this post. That was your reason

I thought you would end this...but you persist...

The simple answer to your question is that my posting it shows that I am
open and honest, as I have been all along.

I cannot post Ryan's as it is not available to me.

Since you are not as stupid as you would want others to think, I know
that you knew this, and asked the baiting question anyway.

That is his IP address. If you are using groups.google.com, just click
on "Show Options" and then 'Show Original" it will give the ip from
where the message was posted. I don't know who this Ryan person is, but
if you have one of his posts you can do the same and see if the ip
matches.

It is an NNTP posting host which is somewhat different.

Ryan posts from Supernews which does not provide that in the header.

Hey, I've got an idea. Why not just move this thread over to
alt.health.alternative so that we can all be rid of it here. While we're at
it, we can crosspost it to alt.troll, alt.flame.niggers and all of the other
groups where the scum of Usenet hang out. From the looks of
alt.health.alternative, this high level of mental discourse would fit well
with the likes of MP, Peter Bowditch, Coleah, etc. But lest I digress
(sic).

I dislike troll hunters even more than I dislike trolls. If someone writes
a bunch of crap on a NG for the sake of stirring up trouble, his excuse is
that he is a troll. But someone who takes hours out of him time to prove
that someone is someone else or whatever HAS no excuse.

No I didn't.

You've got the monkey dancing yet again. I can just see him turning red and
stamping his little feet in anger. This is just too beautiful.

It's even a little sad. He's going all over the group looking for my posts
to criticize now. He even attributed a post from Vandar to me (three times)
because he apparently honed in on my post alone rather than keeping up with
the actual conversation (which would have allowed him to see Vandar's
original quote), and he got a little mixed up about who said what.

Maybe I'll start to mess with quotes--you know, remove an arrow from each
line, remove the OP's name, etc.--to mess him up and make him look even
puppetier.

Just stating a simple fact, dear. If you think the facts sound bad, it
means you think you are doing something bad. Guess you just have very low
self-esteem.
