transport not yet seen on TAR

One theme throughout the entire Amazing Race series is having the racers travel
by many different means. I recently discovered a conveyance not yet seen on the
show. On the island of Madeira, tourists take a funicular to the top of a hill,
then ride down the steep streets in "basket cars," or sledges.

No doubt someone will correct me if my memory is faulty, but I cannot recall the
racers ever riding a toboggan, sled, or sleigh. Are there other vehicles that
haven't been seen on the show? How about the giant dump trucks that are used
in mineral mining? I know the race went through San Francisco just recently,
but I can't even remember if they've ever ridden the cable cars.
