Most likely last one you would think. Thanks Covid!

Sadly, I think you are right. The first episode was pretty good. Scenery was lovely, and I enjoyed the steel drum playing. I don’t have any really strong opinions about the racers yet, although I’m inclined to like the NFL players, just because one of them has a foundation that provides free mammograms because his mother died of breast cancer.

Lot of complaints on Facebook about the editing. That all the
get-to-know you stuff was cut out, the rush to the airport to get to
Tobago was cut out. Perhaps ep was cut from 90 to 60 minutes.

Due to error I missed the first few minutes. They had just started rolling
the steel drums. Did I miss any pertinent information? Is there a theme
this season?

I'm going to wait until BB is done before I start watching. Binging the first three episodes will probably help to quickly learn the teams. Are they back to doing just "random" teams of people? By that I mean no stunt casting such as all social media people, etc.

No theme and no stunt casting. The first episode they just kind of jumped right in, with very limited introductions of the teams. I understand some fans felt cheated by that, but I actually liked it. Watching each team go on and on about how they are going to dominate , etc, really adds nothing to the race so I am glad they eliminated that.
