Foot Fetish Guy - Looks like Cage?

Maybe I'm just crazy ;-) but I think the foot fetish guy looks incredibly
similar to John Cage. Who was the actor who played that foot guy?

I am glad that someone else noticed this too! I kept having to do double
takes when the two were sitting next to each other in court. Was it just
me or did the foot-fetish-guy have some sort of accent? Just wondering.

Absolutely!
When they ran a preview for tonight's Ally, they had a brief picture of
the foot guy, and I wondered if it was some sort of "Cage flashback
scene". They actually run a number of promo spots during the day, so I
wasn't paying close attention, but it did seem that way.
An interesting sidelight - with the Ally/Practice crossover coming up,
it's funny that they used this guy. He's appeared on the Practice at
least once or twice as a lawyer.

This is the first I have seen him since.

He didn't juse use the word -- he used Cage's phrase, "I won't be disparaged."
And the quick cut to Cage, the expression on his face -- simply priceless!

The foot fetishist (is this a word?) was played by Barry Miller. Yes, he was
the science kid in "Peggy Sue Got Married" and was also featured in "Fame,"
"Saturday Night Fever," and "The Chosen." These are the only films I can name,
perhaps there are more.

I deffinately thought that when I was watching the show. First time I saw him I
