US network Fox has scrapped plans for a new full series after ordering a
pilot earlier this year.

Revolutionary Road star Kathryn Hahn would have taken Jennifer Saunders'
role as Edina and Third Rock From The Sun actress Kristen Johnson was to
be alcoholic Patsy, originally played by Joanna Lumley.

Better break out the Bolly to drown your sorrows, darlings.

KATHRYN Joosten and Lily Tomlin, who play OAP sisters in Desperate
Housewives, may star in a spin-off show.
