No, Mr T is an actor. BA Barakas was a TV character on the A-Team..
I'm just using the OP's twisted logic when he posts the same thing. There
was no mention of the A-Team, nor any TV content in the photo.

Think about what you just said there. Real actors everywhere would take
issue with that.

Not to mention...do you suppose that was the name listed on his birth
certificate? Mr. T is just a cartoonish character this guy has been playing
most of his life. He is no more an "actor" than the Philly Phanatic is.
