Over in West Virginia, a 32 year old Daddy named Earl Zayack has been charged
with both child abuse and child neglect. A doubleheader! Police say that Daddy
Earl threw his five year old female slave against a wooden dresser last week,
then failed to get any medical attention for the helpless girl, even though she
lost the ability to move the left side of her body and began drifting in and
out of consciousness, as a result of the brutal assault.
Alesha Walls, the slave, is now hospitalized in CRITICAL condition. Earl's
live-in lover, who is apparently NOT the biological mother of this 5 year old
girl, is also charged with child neglect, but not abuse. She simply did NOTHING
as the days after the violent assault passed by, watching passively as this
girl lost the ability to move her entire left side and showed obvious signs of
being in desperate need of immediate medical care. What does she care? Five
year old children are SUBHUMAN entities, that is what her society taught her.
Her male lover is a genuine and full-fledged human being, and so if he tells
her to ignore the injured slave, she will of course obey. And so she did.
Take care, JOE

Father Charged With Child Abuse
(MORGANTOWN) -- A five-year-old Morgantown girl is hospitalized after state
police say she was abused by her father. Hospital officials say Alesha Walls is
in critical condition. State police have charged Alesha's biological father,
32-year-old Earl Zayack, with child abuse and child neglect resulting in
serious bodily injury. Troopers believe Zayack threw Walls against a dresser
last week and then didn't get her medical attention when she lost movement in
her left side and went in and out of consciousness. Zayack's 27-year-old
girl-friend, Saron Houser, is also facing charges of child neglect resulting in
serious bodily injury.
Here is a quick update on this child abuse case out of West Virginia. where a
Daddy threw his 5 year old slave against a cabinet last week, and the both he
and his live-in lover, who is not the girl's biological mother, did nothing for
a full day, in terms of providing medical attention to this helpless slave,
even though the 5 year old was clearly injured in a severe fashion, partially
paralyzed and drifting in & out of consciousness.
Not a lot of new info here, but a few details do pop out at me. It is obvious
that Alesha's head made very fordeful contact with the cabinet. She is
suffering from severe brain swelling and bleeding, and is in the ICU,
critically injured, right now. Daddy Earl remains in prison, but his bond has
been set at a mere $10,000, no doubt due to the fact that he only brutalized
his LEGALLY owned slave.
Now here is what I find VERY fascinating: Daddy Earl is the one who THREW 5
year old Alesha into the cabinet. He is facing BOTH child abuse AND child
neglect charges, for CAUSING the severe injury AND fo failing to get proper
medical care. His live-in lover, 27 year old Shannon Houser, is ONLY charged
with child neglect, NOT with child abuse. She did not throw 5 year old Alesha
into the dresser. She faces NO abuse charges, only neglect charges. And yet HER
bond has been set at $25,000! Daddy Earl gets a $10,000 bond. Live-in lover
Shannon, charged with a SIGNIFICANTLY lesser crime, gets a $25,000 bond. Why???
Well, I will tell you why: It's because Shannon is not the BIOLOGICAL CREATOR
of Alesha! Yup, I FIRMLY believe that the judges set a much higher bond figure
for Shannon SPECIFICALLY and SOLELY due to the fact that she is not the
biological Mommy of Alesha.
That is the only logical explanation, IMO. Shannon is charged with a much
lesser crime, and yet was given a much higher bond than Daddy earl. Daddy Earl
is a biological creator of this abused girl. Shannon is NOT, and that is why a
much higher bond was imposed upon her. How pathetically irrational! It is true
that the 2 cases are being handled by DIFFERENT judges, who may have had
different criteria for setting bond amounts, but I think that the biological
creation aspect is what resulted in this difference in bond amounts.
The abuse occured on April 9th, but the two of them did not take slave Alesha
to the hospital until April 11th, after the girl had already become partially
paralyzed, passed out, complained of a headache, and drifted into & out of
consciousness. All of these symptoms were IGNORED by both Daddy Earl and his
lover Shannon. Not until Alesha defecated and urinated all over herself, did
she get taken to the hospital. Daddy Earl told Shannon to give the hospital a
false story about how slave Alesha had gotten injured.
Daddy Earl later admitted to police that he KNEW Alesha was badly injured and
specifically chose to get no medical help, until he began to fear that slave
Alesha might DIE.
Guess what? Our abusive and inferior Daddy has himself THREE other slaves, a
six year old step-daughter and TWIN 17 month old boys & girls. Will he lose all
of his parental rights over these four subhuman entities known as "children"?
Only time will tell, but I'm willing to bet that even if he loses custody and
gets a minimal jail term, he will still retain the right to have contact with
his biological creations. That is how things work in your deranged culture,
where the "Family Unit" is idolized and declared to be of supreme importance.
It serves only ONE genuine purpose, and that is to allow your societal leaders
to ENSLAVE and control the adult masses. The adult Unwashed Masses. And that
would be: YOU humans.
Take care, JOE

Dad charged with severely injuring girl
Authorities say pair denied her treatment
BY JACKIE ROY MARHEFKA
The Dominion Post
A local man threw his 5-year-old daughter against a dresser, then didn’t take
her to a hospital for a day after she showed signs of serious injury, State
Police said in arresting him and his girlfriend this week.
Alesha Walls was in critical condition Tuesday in Ruby Memorial Hospital’s
intensive care unit, with severe brain swelling and bleeding and several
bruises, according to court and hospital reports.
Walls’ father, Earl Stanley Zayack, 32, of La Mesa Mobile Home Park, Lot E-34,
Morgantown, was charged with child abuse with serious bodily injury, and child
neglect with serious bodily injury.
He is in the Monongalia County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond after being
arraigned by Magistrate Elizabeth M. Martin.
Zayack’s girlfriend, Shannon Houser, 27, also of La Mesa Mobile Home Park, Lot
E-34, was charged with child neglect with serious bodily injury.
She also was jailed, in lieu of $25,000 bond, following arraignment by
Magistrate Michael Roberts.
In the criminal complaint, Troopers R.J. Simon and R.E. Garrison stated Houser
told them Zayack threw Alesha into a dresser in the living room of their
residence on April 9. Houser told police the child passed out the next day,
could not move the left side of her body, was in and out of consciousness and
complained of a headache.
But the couple did not take the child to Ruby for treatment until April 11,
after she had defecated and urinated on herself, police said, and Houser said
Zayack told her to give police a false story about the cause of the child’s
injuries.
Police said Zayack admitted he delayed treatment, even though he knew her
injuries were severe, until he thought she might die. Zayack also admitted he
shoved the child into the dresser, and that he and Houser fabricated a story
about the injuries, according to court records.
In Zayack’s affidavit to request a court-appointed attorney, he stated he also
has a 6-year-old stepdaughter and a 17-month-old son and daughter.
A preliminary hearing has not been set.

Hello,
Yes, other factors come into play. But the primary factor is and should be
the seriousness of the crime, and the nature of the charges. The more serious
the charges, the higher you can expect the bond amount to be, under normal
circumstances.
>Flight risk maybe? Any indication that Shannon was a bigger >flight risk?
No such indication, from the news items that I posted. She lived in the home,
as the girlfriend of the Daddy.
