Has Mentzer been executed yet?

Has he ever muttered a word about his alleged involvement in the
various crimes and sinister goings-on from years past? (Charles
Manson, Chingon/Black Cross, murders of Arlis Perry, Christine Freund,
Roy Radin, James Pierce, and tranny June Mincher...among others.)

Has any reporter/researcher ever done any serious investigation into
this guy's background? When/where he was born, interviews with family
members, Vietnam vets Mentzer soldiered with, etc.?

I thought he was sentenced to death for the murder of Radin?

I thought so too, but he's not listed among California's current condemned
inmates. No idea whether that's a result of the original sentencing or an
appeal that led to commutation.

Mentzer was originally sentenced to life in prison without parole for
the Radin murder. He has appealed that verdict and asked for a new
trial, but was unsuccessful.

Yes, there is a lot about this man that has never been brought to the
forefront. He was involved in pornography production and
distribution, arms sales, satanism, animal sacrifice, ritual rape,
prostituion, and last but not least was a major drug figure for many
years. These things I know through an associate of his in the 70's.

Then there's the rumor of him being involved with the Son of Sam
killings in '77. And, at one point he worked for Larry Flynt!

This guy led a very interesting life, and is one scary dude.
I think he's so scary and still "connected" is why not much has been
written about him.
