Hello,
Over in California, a Mommy named Tammy Holycross has just been sentenced to
prison today, after pleading guilty a few weeks ago to murdering her three year
old male slave. Yes indeed, Mommy Tammy slammed 3 year old Adrian into a
bedroom wall, during a fit of rage, crushing the 3 year olds skull. She was
allowed to plead down to second degree murder, and so, despite receiving a 21
year to Life sentence today, she will be eligible for parole in exactly 18
years, and as long as she behaves herself while beyond bars, it is VERY likely
that she will win parole on her first try.
It's nice to see the MERCY of your pathetic ociety, as it validates the right
of parents to kill their children, while imposing absolute Life sentences, and
even commits legal murder via trhe death penalty, against child killers like
Jesse Timmendequas and Richard Allen Davis, and Wesley Allan Dodd, who are 100%
worthy of MORE leniancy than any parent who kills a child/slave. In your
DERANGED culture, the people ENTRUSTED by your society to care for and raise
children, parents, have MORE of a right to kill their children, than do
complete strangers That is totally irrational, and it demonstrates the fact
that your culture will do ANYTHING to maintain the sanctity of the INSANE
"Sacred Family Unit" cultural mores, upon which this society bases it's
citizen/slave domination and control around. It will GLADLY sacrifice the lives
of thousands of children, in order to maintain the VALIDITY of the notion that
the biological family unit is a "sacred and integral part of the core human

Mom sentenced in child death
SACRAMENTO, March 10 (UPI) The mother of a 3-year-old Sacramento boy who died
of a crushed skull two years ago has been sentenced to prison (Tuesday). Tammy
Holycross is expected to serve up to 18 years of the term of 21 years to life
before she's eligible for parole. She plead guilty to second-degree murder in
the death of little Adrian Conway, who apparently was slammed into a bedroom
wall during a fit of rage.

Call me naive, but has anyone else recognized the inconsistancies that are
apparent in the sentencing of these child abusers. We recently had a story
posted that gave 5 years to one monster, then MO CAFFEN posted a story about
a friend whose husband horribly abused an 8 month old child and only got 8
FRIGGIN MONTHS (I guess one for each month of torment). Then we have this
one that gets an almost appropriate sentence (if ALL time is served).
I have mixed emotions regarding the mandatory sentencing laws re: drug
traffickers. However, I would not have any mixed feelings if there was
mandatory sentencing for child abusers. If a person can get 10 years for X
amount of cocaine... THEN WHY IN HELL DOES A PERSON GET 8 MONTHS FOR KICKING
AN 8 MONTH OLD CHILD??? Makes no sense to me....

I bet this bitch was pretty damn sorry when she was sentenced. That's
all I can say. I remember a boy who beat his mother to death. They boy
was only seven or eight. The mother had taken 'disciplinary action'
against the boy by destroying his cubby house because the boy answered
back when the mother made some unjust and selfish demand. The father
then bashed the child in front of the ruined cubby-house. The mother
then bashed the child. The child used a bit of intelligent instinct and
got hold of a thick hard plastic stick with which he delivered repeated
severe blows to his mother's head and neck. She later died of her
massive injuries. Apparently the father recieved a heavy blow to the
head which fractured his jaw. But he survived unharmed except for some
surgery on his broken jaw.
So, the 7-8 yo kid gets back. But I feel sorry for the 3 yo.
Ok, say this is the situation:
My father and my mother. My mother bashes my two-year old brother to
death by ramming him into a wall. I get very enraged about it and then
my father threatens to beat my brains out if I say anything and my
mother also threatens me severely. I would probably grab a 4x2 (u know
what they are ;-) ) and beat both of them to death (well at least until
they were complete helpless vegetables) ;-).

Hello,
She likely regrets the fact that her actions against the 3 year old will
result in her incarceration for the next 18 years. Whether she is sorry for the
act itself, is a very open question. She is sorry that she is being punished
for having committed the act.

IMO, the 7-8 year old boy had an absolute right to kill his mother, given the
above circumstances. He should not have received any type of punishment, for
simply REPLYING with deadly force against the human who chose to initiate a
physical attack against him.

He was just as deserving of death as was the Mommy, since both of them chose
to physically assault the child.

Being 3 years old is a little too young to kill an adult human. The thing
is, your society refuses to acknowledge the right of a child, abused at age 3,
to KILL their parent(s) at age 8-20. The FACT is, if there was rationality in
your society, all children who kill their parents would be treated with the
SAME leniency and understanding that all PARENTS who kill their children are
now treated with. Of course this will never occur, due to the fact that
children are seen as being worthless, subhuman, slaves, by this society. And by
the fact that this perverse culture revolves around the canonization and
worship of the myth of the "Sacred Family Unit", in which children are ENSLAVED
to their biological creators.

IMO, you should have a legal right to react to this situation with deadly
force, and to kill or severely beat both parents. If this society were a
rational one, you would face NO punitive punishment of any sort for committing
these 2 murders.

He died in poverty and torment, a little boy buried in a new suit donated by a department store.
Adrian Conway's grave lies in the "Garden of Hope" at Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks, where a small orange Garfield doll sits on the simple marker: "Playing in God's garden."
A dozen years later, the 3-year-old child is still remembered by many in Sacramento and beyond. His 1996 death became a rallying cry in the community and a benchmark for Sacramento County's Child Protective Services, forced to change its policies after numerous warnings to the agency failed to protect him.
So what became of his mother?
Tammy Holycross, who pleaded guilty in 1998 to second-degree murder and torture, is serving her sentence of 23 years, four months at Valley State Prison for Women in Chowchilla. But the 40-year-old woman said recently she has a "new witness" and "new evidence" in her case, according to a letter to The Bee.

Her attorney, Eric Escamilla of Fresno, confirmed that he has newly discovered evidence but plans to appeal her case based primarily on what he called "procedural errors." The attorney said he believes there was a rush to judgment by police, and that her case should have been moved out of Sacramento because of publicity.
Even in state prison, Holycross retains some visibility. She is featured on several prisoner pen-pal Web sites, saying she is a "lonely California woman" seeking a man. Several include provocative pictures of a partially clad blonde alongside a snapshot of a more modestly dressed woman, who more closely resembles the mother photographed after Adrian's murder.
"I am looking for a mature man that's settled, likes to laugh, cuddle & be wild behind closed doors," reads one passage under her name, photo and prisoner identification number. "I had a witness that came forward that can totally clear me ... so we have plenty of time to get to know each other."
On another site - in which she describes herself as "easy-going, open-minded, fun, loving, sincere and family-oriented" - the text states that her lawyer has found "stronger evidense (sic) of a case mess-up to get me out. He said within a year we will be done!"
Holycross' relationship with men was an undercurrent in Adrian's murder investigation. At the time, the young mother reportedly told police she "had something against men," and Adrian became the scapegoat for that hatred, The Bee reported. Holycross then was a pregnant single mother of two older daughters, ages 6 and 11, and 3-year-old Adrian, each by a different father.
Only the boy was physically abused. When Adrian was rushed to the hospital on Jan. 21, 1996, his body had been brutalized. The boy, who weighed 26 pounds, was malnourished and had skull fractures, extensive bruising, numerous cigarette burns, older scarring and marks on his neck, penis and right ankle suggesting he had been tied, the forensic pathologist found.
The police detective who entered the roach-infested home in Del Paso Heights found garbage strewn about the yard and a "terrible" smell in the house that he determined to be fecal matter throughout, including in the kitchen, according to appellate court papers. In the last week of his life, the boy had become violently ill after drinking from a bowl of water he found behind a dripping, rusty toilet, the documents show.
Holycross was well-known to CPS, first in Yolo County and then in Sacramento. She had been on welfare and struggled with drug addiction but, after six months of monitoring her, Sacramento County closed the case in November 1995 when the agency determined the risk to be "moderate," according to Bee news accounts. The boy died two months later.
In her Jan. 10 letter to The Bee, Holycross speaks proudly of her daughters, who she says "know all the truths" and grew up to be "great people." Her older daughter is now the mother of a 2-year-old, while her younger daughter has joined the military, she wrote. A third daughter, born after her arrest, was adopted and turned 12 in March.
Nowhere in the letter does Holycross mention a boy named Adrian.
Her earliest possible date for parole consideration is August 2016.
