Here's a quick update on the interesting, foot fetish related issue of the
attempted criminalization of animal crush videos, that the state of California
is trying to pass into law. We learn that 35 year old Diane Aileen Chaffin, and
her male friend, who videotaped her stomping rats & mice to death, WILL stand
trial on animal cruelty charges. Being quite familiar with these videos, I know
that PLENTY of them feature mice/rat stomping, even though bug and little
snail/crab stmping is a bit more common. ALL of theses crush videos have GALS
doing the animal crushing, not guys. Sometimes the gals wear shoes, but other
times they do the stmping in bare feet. It's interesting that even though the
GAY foot fetish scene is QUITE vital, those foot fetishists into male feet just
don't seem to have an interest in crush fetishism, like the hetero guys do.
Both of our defendents could get 4 year prison sentences if convicted. I feel
VERY strongly that this prosecution is absolutely outrageous, and being done
for SEXUALLY PRUDISH reasons. Your diseased society systematically murders
MILLIONS of animals every year, UNNECESSARILY, for food, for clothing, and even
just because the animal is deemed "hard to adopt" by an animal shelter. There
is NO rational or valid reason why the foot fetish/crush industry, a TINY
industry with perhaps 5000 active buyers of such videos in the ENTIRE WORLD,
should face persecution, demonization, and the outlawing of this FORM of legal
murder, while all the OTHER, far more DEADLY and genocidal forms of legal
animal murder, are allowed to continue. This prosecution is UNFAIR, because it
is based upon NOT a desire to SAVE or PROTECT animals, but a desire to expose,
shame, and COERCE crush fetishists, who get their ultimate sexual climax by
embracing this fetish that they have.
The news media CONTINUES to DISTORT the truth, when it says that the buyers
of these videos: "obtain sexual pleasure from the sight of women destroying
small animals." That is NOT a proper description of the fetish. 99.9% of all
buyers of these videos obtain sexual pleasure from THINKING ABOUT women
standing on various parts of their bodies and crushing THEM, the sight of women
crushing small animals on the videos, simply serves to make it easier and more
exciting for them to imagine and visualize themselves being crushed, by these
women who appear in the vids.
In the description of the video, Diane is described as "taunting" the mice,
yelling at them just before crushing them: "Come on, ask for it. Try and get
away. Come on, try and get away. I want you to." She is of course NOT speaking
to the mice, but in fact DIRECTLY to the crush fetishists who will view the
video, who get even MORE sexual pleasure by fantasizing about gals teasing and
THREATENING to stand on and crush them.
Take care, JOE

Animal Death Video Trial Ordered
WEST COVINA, Calif. (AP) - A woman accused of stomping mice and rats to death
in a fetish ``crush video'' has been ordered to stand trial on animal cruelty
charges.
Diane Aileen Chaffin and Gary Lynn Thomason, who authorities say videotaped the
acts, could face up to four years in prison if convicted of three felony
charges.
The two were the only people arrested as a result of a yearlong undercover
operation investigating ``crush videos'' sold over the Internet to people who
obtain sexual pleasure from the sight of women destroying small animals.
Ms. Chaffin, 35, of La Puente was the alleged star of ``The `Tails' of
Charlie's Ankles.''
Prosecutors played a few minutes of the grisly videotape at Ms. Chaffin's
preliminary hearing Thursday. It showed a woman in high-heeled sandals and
other shoes taunting and then crushing mice.
``Come on, ask for it,'' the woman says.
``Try and get away. Come on, try and get away. I want you to,'' she adds before
stepping on a rodent.
Detectives say a dozen rats and mice, some of them babies, were killed in the
video.
Deputy Public Defender Sharon Lee had argued that Ms. Chaffin should face only
misdemeanor counts because rodents aren't covered by the state's animal cruelty
laws.
A bill introduced in Congress would make it a federal crime to create, possess
or distribute any ``depictions'' of torturing and killing of animals for sale
between states or countries.
Critics expect a constitutional challenge if the bill passes. They say it is so
broad it could allow prosecution of those who make legitimate animal
documentaries and even distributors of magazines that contain pictures of
bullfights.

Investigators work to stop ‘crush videos’
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 24 – California lawmakers and animal rights activists are
calling for a ban on so-called “crush videos” as police announced the arrest of
two people in the Southland accused of producing the disturbing material.
The crush films are aimed at viewers who get a sexual charge watching women
wearing spiked heels smashing rats and other small animals.
Sometimes even dolls and object resembling small children are crushed for
the pleasure of people secretly buying the videos.
Critics say crush videos feed a frenzied hidden desire of people thirsty
for blood and death.
State animal cruelty laws prohibit the making of such videos, but
prosecution is difficult unless producers are caught in the act.
Actor Mickey Rooney held a news conference Monday to urge people to bring
an end to what he describes as one of the darkest, secret industries on the
Internet.
Organizer Jan Rooney also spoke out against the videos. “These tortured,
defenseless animals are at the mercy of unscrupulous people who wish only to
make a profit from the animal’s misery,” she said.
Long Beach police report that they went undercover to arrest 46-year-old
Gary Lynn Thomason who runs a company called Getsmart and 35-year-old Diane
Aileen Chaffin, an alleged crush video model.
Some of the videos they confiscated show the killing of rats, guinea pigs,
mice, chickens, lizards and more.
Meanwhile, Republican Congressman Elton Gallegly is proposing a federal law
that would target distributors.
His bill would make it illegal to create, sell or possess “any depiction”
of animals being tortured or killed for commercial purposes. Violators could
get up to five years in prison.
Jeff Vilencia of Squish Productions has made crush films of insects in the
past. And even though he calls the concerns absurd, he says he won’t make any
more movies until the issue is settled.
