I remember making SEVERAL posts on 40 year old SERIAL CHILD killer Wayne
Henry Garrison, in past months. Really a FASCINATING case. Wayne was only in
his middle teens when he killed a three year old boy AND a four year old boy,
in serial fashion, in the mid 1970's. He was lucky enough to REGAIN his
freedom, despite these two murders, thanks to the juvenile laws and being found
Not Guilty due to mental illness. All indications are that Henry's HOMICIDAL
rage had NOT subsided, and he proceeded to sexually abuse other boys, upon
regaining his freedom, tried to KIDNAP several, and DID kidnap, kill, and
DISMEMBER at least one boy, aged 13, that is the murder is is CURRENTLY

We learn below that Henry's lawyers are seeking to get the dismembered body
of 13 year old Justin Wiles, exhumed. They want to do a bit-mark comparison,
but UNLIKE the Ted Bundy case, here it is the VICTIM who apparently BIT his
killer, during the struggle. When Henry was arrested in 1989, bite marks WERE
visible on his arm. Prosecutors say that 13 year old Justin BIT Henry, during
the struggle that ended up with Justin getting harvested. Defense lawyers
apparently believe, or at least HOPE, that Justin's TEETH do NOT match up with
the bite mark on Henry's arm. IF so, this is a GOOD piece of exculpatory
evidence for the defense to use, although in an ultra-diseased society where
defendents are easily demonized, even if the bite marks DON'T match, the jury
could accept prosecutorial demonization of Henry, based upon the premise that
he "must" be a "bad" man, for having caused some other human to bite him, and
thus deserves to be punished and convicted of murder, even though the PRIMARY
prosecution evidence, is invalid.
Of course prosecutors are FIGHTING this request, since the decreed MISSION of
prosecutors is NOT to uncover TRUTH, but to obtain as many CONVICTIONS as
possible, through whatever means necessary, with NO regard for the ACTUAL GUILT
of any defendent, and the only regard being whether a jury can be coerced,
tricked, cajoled, even BRIBED, into returning a Guilty verdict. That is VICTORY
for prosecutors. The be all and end all to the "game" is to GET the ENEMY human
convicted. Just like every salesman's goal is to "seal the deal", make the
sale, with NO regard for anything else.
No trial date has yet been set, but it looks certain that Henry will face a
first degree murder trial. The fact that this case is OVER ten years old,
police IDENTIFIED Henry as a suspect in this child murder 10+ years ago, and
yet prosecutors have REFRAINED from bringing it to trial until now, KNOWING
that the evidence is WEAK and since Henry was ALREADY serving prison time for
OTHER crimes, they might as well wait, is OUTRAGEOUS. Only AFTER Henry, still
only aged 40, since he harvested his first 2 children prior to age 16, had
served out ALL his prison time and was ABOUT to be freed, did prosecutors jump
in and decide to charge him with this 11 year old murder.
Henry's SACRED right to a FAIR and SPEEDY trial, was brutally DENIED to him,
in this case. An appeals court SHOULD throw out the ENTIRE case, citing willful
delay by the prosecution that has caused the defendent to LOSE the ability to
receive a fair trial. But there's NO real chance of that happening. After all,
Henry is not a respected member of society, but rather a child-murdering
"demon". ALL judge-whores, working on BEHALF of society, take this decree to
heart. What to do?? Side with a WORTHLESS demon-slave just because it is the
moral and justice-upholding thing to do, or side with the DIRECT AGENTS of the
society that EMPLOYS you and pays your salary, even though they are immoral,
unjust demonizers of a defendent who is PRESUMED totally innocent?? It's not a
hard choice to make, for the 99.9999999% of all judges, prosectors, and the
like, who are immoral WHORES to their societal bosses.
Yes, the whores ARE going to seek Henry's legal murder at this trial, and
WANT to TELL the jury all about the two other child murders Henry committed,
25+ YEARS ago, at ages 14-16, so the jury can more readily demonize him and
decree him WORTHY of being murdered. Absolutely perverse!

Defendant asks body exhumed

Attorneys for a 13-year-old Tulsa boy's accused killer are seeking a comparison
for bite-mark evidence.
Lawyers for Wayne Henry Garrison are seeking another exhumation of the remains
of Justin Wiles, the 13-year-old Tulsa boy whose dismembered body was found in
1989 in and along Lake Bixhoma.
A motion filed on Garrison's behalf requests that Justin's remains be examined
by an expert to be retained by the defense -- at public expense -- in order to
"correctly examine the teeth" of Justin and compare them to police photographs
taken of Garrison's arm in 1989.
Assistant District Attorney Mark Collier said Wednesday that the defense
"hasn't demonstrated any need" to exhume the boy's remains. He categorized the
request as a "fishing expedition" that prosecutors will oppose.
At a preliminary hearing in February, a Tulsa County special judge found
sufficient evidence to order Garrison held on a first- degree murder charge.
No trial date is set. District Judge Jesse Harris has scheduled a hearing on
motions for May 5.
Justin disappeared on June 20, 1989. Parts of his body were recovered four days
later from Lake Bixhoma and the lake shore in Wagoner County.
Garrison, now 40, was charged with first-degree murder on Oct. 22, 1999, more
than a decade after he was first identified as a suspect. He has insisted that
he is innocent.
In an action prompted by law enforcement investigators, Justin's remains were
exhumed from a cemetery in Haskell County in August 1999.
At a police officer's request, forensic dentist Bryan Chrz of Perry then
examined -- and made molds of -- available dental evidence that was recovered
from the grave.
Chrz testified in February that Justin had an overbite and a "rather unique"
pattern of "incisor wear."
He reported that a June 1989 police photo -- showing an injury near Garrison's
right wrist -- depicted a "probable partial bite mark" and that it is
"possible" that it was caused by Justin's uncommon bite.
Police reported that Garrison said the marks on his forearm were made when he
was struck by an entrenching tool during a fight with his brother nine days
before Justin vanished.
A motion recently filed for Garrison by attorney Art Fleak said that "to
counteract" this dental evidence, the defense needs to hire a reputable expert
to debunk the fictitious findings of the so-called expert hired by the state
after a 10-year delay."
Collier indicated that the defense will have access to dental castings and
other material linked to Chrz's examination findings.
Defense lawyers Fleak, Kurt Hoffman and Todd Cole have filed multiple motions
to dismiss the case, maintaining that Tulsa County is an improper venue and
that "the evidence clearly shows that the victim was killed" at the lake in
Wagoner County.
The delay in filing any charge constitutes a "speedy trial violation"; key
witnesses have died; and it is "virtually impossible" to follow up on
10-year-old leads that must be investigated in order for Garrison to get a fair
trial, defense motions claim.
Collier has said Tulsa County clearly has jurisdiction because when there is
uncertainty about where a crime occurred, the case can be tried in any county
in which evidence indicates that the crime could have been committed. There is
no Wagoner County connection to this case other than that the body was
discovered there, the prosecutor said.
Garrison's lawyers also contend that if he is convicted, prosecutors should not
be allowed to use evidence of Garrison's 1975 conviction for killing a
3-year-old in support of their request for the death penalty. As a teen,
Garrison also confessed to killing his 4-year-old cousin.

No, I don't. BUT, I KNOW that I have made at LEAST one, probably more posts
on this case, in the PAST. So, you can go to http://www.dejanews.com, click on
"Discussions", then "Powrer Search", then perform a search for Usenet posts
containing the words "Henry Wayne Garrison", or just "Henry Garrison". The
posts I made SHOULD show up, unless a terrified Piece of Human Garbage has
