12/14/00
8:30 pm: Holly G. and her Schnauzer Nikki arrive at 12727 Birchwood,
the triplex townhouse residence of Jason Befort, Brad Heyka, and Aaron
Sander. Brad and Aaron are home.
8:30-9:30: Holly grades papers.
between 8:30 and 9:15 pm: Heather Muller arrives.
9:00-10:00 pm: Holly watches ER in Jason's room
9:15 pm: Jason arrives
about 11:00 pm: Jean Beck, who lives in the triplex unit immediately
west of 12727 Birchwood, is followed home by the Carrs, who are
driving a vehicle owned by Reginald Carr's girlfriend Stephanie
Donley. Beck waits until the unfamiliar vehicle passes before getting
out of her BMW. The Carrs park Donley's vehicle nearby and walk back
to the triplex looking for Beck.
11:00 pm: Jason locks doors, turns off porch lights, joins Holly and
Nikki in his room, goes to bed. Brad is asleep in his room
downstairs.
11:10 pm: Porch lights turned on. Aaron and someone (Heather?) heard
talking. Moments later, one Carr brother bursts into Jason's room.
Aaron brought into the room by other Carr brother.
NOTE: Possibly Aaron had gone outside to start Heather's car and was
ambushed.
Carr brothers are told that heather and Brad are also in the house.
One Carr brother retrieves Brad from downstairs and Heather from
somewhere, possibly Aaron's room. Carrs threaten to shoot Nikki if
she is not kept quiet. All five victims are told to remove their
clothes, they comply. Victims are asked if they have ATM cards. All
raise their hands.
Heather and Holly are directed to leave the bedroom and come to the
wet bar area. Aaron, Brad, and Jason are moved into the bedroom
closet. Holly is forced to perform oral sex on Heather, than vice
versa. Both girls are forced to perform digital penetration on each
other.
Heather is sent into the closet. Brad is called out to have sex with
Holly. Brad is returned to closet, Jason is called out to have sex
with Holly. Jason is returned to closet, Aaron is called out to have
sex with Holly. Aaron resists, is struck.
Holly is sent back into the closet, Heather called out. Aaron is told
to have sex with Heather. Aaron resists, is struck with golf club.
11:52 pm: Aaron is told he has until 11:54 to have sex with Heather.
After deadline expires, Aaron is sent back to the closet, replaced by
Jason. Jason is told to have sex with Heather. Holly hears the
previously virginal Heather moaning with pain.
12/15/00
about 12:00 am: Jason returns to closet, is replaced by Brad. Brad is
told to have sex with Heather. Holly hears Heather moaning in pain
again.
about 12:05 am: Brad helps R. Carr search for car keys. R. Carr
leaves for ATM with Brad in Jason's truck. Heather is still in wet
bar with Jonathan Carr. Holly, Aaron and Jason are in closet.
J. Carr calls Holly out of closet to L-shaped landing by wet bar,
instructs her to get on all fours and get herself wet. As J. Carr is
unzipping his jeans, Holly sees his handgun lying on the floor two
feet away. Holly decides not to try for gun. Holly is raped by J.
Carr.
Note: Where was Heather at this point? Could she have escaped while
J. Carr was "busy" with Holly?
R. Carr and Brad return from ATM. R. Carr leaves for ATM with Jason.
Holly, Brad, and Aaron are in the closet, Heather is still outside the
closet.
R. Carr and Jason return from the ATM. Holly puts on white
sweatshirt, leaves for ATM with R. Carr wearing only the sweatshirt.
While Holly is driving R. Carr to the ATM, he asks her what J. Carr
had done to her. She replies that J. Carr forced her to have sex with
him. R. Carr laughs and asks her if she liked it. She says yes. He
asks Holly if she had ever been with a black man before. She says no.
He asks her if J. Carr was better than her boy. She says yes. He
asks her if she liked being with a girl, and she says no. He tells
her she doesn't have to lie. Holly asks R. Carr to promise not to
shoot them, and he does.
At the ATM, as Holly is reaching out of the truck, R. Carr rubs her
between her legs.
On the way back from the ATM, R. Carr tells Holly he wishes they could
have met under other circumstances, because she is cute and they might
have hit it off. Holly tells R. Carr she is not having a good time.
R. Carr and Holly return from ATM. Holly sees Heather sitting in wet
bar area, looking spaced out and in shock. At some point after
returning Holly removes white sweater. Holly put in closet with Brad
and Jason, R. Carr and Aaron leave for ATM.
J. Carr asks occupants of closet if they would like a drink of whiskey
from the wet bar. They say no. J. Carr finds Nikki's muzzle in wet
bar area, throws it in closet. Muzzle put on Nikki. J. Carr rummages
through Jason's bedroom, finds engagement ring meant for Holly.
Note: Not clear where Heather was when J. Carr was in bedroom. Could
she have escaped?
Holly notices three red marks on Jason's back.
R. Carr and Aaron return from ATM. Holly is summoned from the closet
by R. Carr, who calls her "shorty" (slang for a cute girl). Aaron put
in closet. Holly notices Heather is not in wet bar. R. Carr takes
Holly to dining room, tells her to get down on all fours. Holly is
raped by R. Carr, then told to turn around and swallow his ejaculate.
R. Carr marches Holly to the bathroom. She opens door and finds
Heather on all fours being raped by J. Carr. J. Carr says "Hold on.
I'm not done." A minute later Holly enters bathroom, gets down on all
fours, and is raped by J. Carr. Heather remains next to her on all
fours. Afterwords Holly hears J. Carr throw a condom in the toilet.
Note: Not clear if R. Carr is also in the bathroom at this time
(leaving no one to guard the closet), or if J. Carr is alone in the
bathroom with Holly and Heather.
Heather and Holly taken to garage, put in trunk of Aaron's car. Carrs
bring Aaron, Brad, and Jason out of the closet, attempt to put them in
the trunk with Heather and Holly. Nikki is left in the closet.
Heather and Holly taken out of trunk, three men put in trunk. Heather
placed in passenger seat of Aaron's car, Holly placed in Jason's truck
on passenger side. At some point before leaving Heather puts on white
sweater, Holly puts on green sweater, probably after being taken out
of trunk. Both vehicles leave.
2:07 am: During the drive from 12727 Birchwood to a soccer complex at
29th North and Greenwich, Holly notes the time on the dashboard.
At the complex Aaron, Brad, and Jason are let out of the trunk and
directed to kneel in front of Aaron's car. Heather and Holly kneel at
opposite ends of the line. Heather kneels by Aaron, Holly kneels by
Jason. Heather shot in back of head. Aaron screams "Please, sir, no!"
Aaron shot in back of head. Brad shot in back of head. Jason shot in
back of head. Holly shot in back of head, but hair clip deflects
bullet. The truck drives over the victims. Holly remains motionless
until the Carrs drive away in the truck.
Holly wraps her sweater around Jason's head to stop the bleeding.
Naked, she heads south through the snow toward a house with Christmas
lights.
The Carrs return to 12727 Birchwood, club Nikki to death, and begin
looting.
about 2:30 am: Holly arrives at the home of Steve Johnson.
2:37 am: Steve Johnson's girlfriend calls 911.

A few minor additions, corrections....
5:30 pm: R. Carr borrows his girlfriend Stephanie Donley's car

10:30 pm: R. Carr calls Donley and tells her he is going to get his
hair braided
The encounter between Jean Beck and the Carrs should be listed as
taking place between 10:30-11:00 pm, not at 11:00 pm.

It's weird, but my strongest reaction to this post was when,
after having killed the occupants of the house and run over
them with a truck, they went back to the house and bludgeoned
the little dog to death.

"Somewhere around Townawanda, NY": A burglar decides to break into a
mall by popping the ventilator hood on the roof and dropping down the
shaft into the mall at night when everything's quiet. Unfortunately,
he picked the grill exhaust for a large restaurant stove. He also got
stuck in the shaft and passed out. A day or two later, restaurant
workers noticed a very bad smell in the area -- after which a very
dead, very cooked burglar was removed from the shaft.

Well, maybe because there's death and then there's death- there's
worse places to be shot than the back of the head- if the choice is
coperation and a quick death or resistence and a slow one, I can see
how someone might choose the former if they didn't think resitance had
a chance
