Over in Texas, 31 y.o.Sacred Mommy Lisa Marie Smith, has decided to plead
Guilty to STRANGLING her two young son-slaves, aged 5 and 3, in December. Yup,
another Mommy Dearest has DEMONSTRATED how "strong" the FALSE "maternal bond of
love" myth that your evil society promotes to you citizen-slaves, truly is.
Mommy Lisa decided to HARVEST the slaves, after her hated ex-hubby won
POSSESSION of them in court, in a "custody" fight. Yes, of course: "If I cannot
POSSESS my SLAVES, they might as well be DEAD." This HEARTFELT sentiment echos
in the minds and hearts of countless THOUSANDS of biological creators, both
women and men, and is DIRECTLY responsible for at least 1000 child murders
every year. It is of course a societally INDUCED and promoted message. Every
adult biological creator is LITERALLY TOLD by their society, that the ONLY real
PURPOSE that the LIVES of their biological creations have, is to SERVE thee
desires, needs, and emotional cravings of their creator-owners.
In court today, Mommy Lisa did indeed plead Guilty, s part of a PLEA BARGAIN
deal, and got sentenced to Life in prison. Pretty RARE to see any biological
Mommy get a Life prison sentence for only harvesting her slaves. But remember,
this is TX, a state run by the most SOCIOPATHICALLY serial killing leader in
all of amerikkka, and IF Lisa had walked into a school and killed two children
she did NOT legally own, NO plea bargain deal would have been offered and
prosecutors would have insisted upon legally murdering her.
Our Mommy Dearest did TRY to commit suicide after the double slave murder,
but didn't succeed. Lucky gal! Life is precious, SHOULD be precious, to EVERY
person who is alive, and I HOPE that Lisa, only aged 31, realizes that it is
GOOD to be alive, and is thankful now, that her suicide effort failed.
Sounds like Lisa is making noises about "turning over her life to god", and
becoming a dedicated god freak. Bummer! I hope she's just fooling with her
society, since it's really a WASTE of time to even spend 1 minute a day
focusing on god. But hey, if she truly NEEDS the god myth in order to cope with
the ongoing injustices that she has been and will be subjected to at the hands
of her evil society, I don't begrudge her this false comfort.
The GOOD news is that this is NOT a "pure" Life sentence, there IS parole
eligibility after 40 years, so this Mommy stands a REAL good chance of
regaining her freedom at age 71, ESPECIALLY if she loyally pretends to cling to
the god myth, for all of her 40 years of prison time.
Overall, an insanity defense, IF successful, might have afforded Lisa a
better chance of getting freed sooner. But all things considered, this is not a
TERRIBLE plea deal for any double murderer to work out, especially in TX. Set
your eyes on the PRIZE, Lisa. Vow to yourself, that you WILL love yourself,
treat yourself well, and do everything you can to remain healthy, so that you
ENJOY the next 40 years, AND are able to EMERGE from prison at age 71, still
HEALTHY and relatively strong and able to grab more enjoyment out of life.
It is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS that prosecutors are making a DISTINCTION between
Lisa and Darlie Routier, with statements like: "There's a big difference
between a Darlie Routier and a Lisa Marie Smith, in my mind", just because Lisa
is CHOOSINg to HUMBLE and PROSTITUTE herself to her society, while Darlie is
not. Your SADISTIC need to SEE and HEAR your tortured victim-creations HUMBLE
themselves, beg for mercy, admit they are "terrible people with terrible
regrets & remorse", is PERVERSE. How DARE a prosecutor decide to seek to MURDER
one Mommy who killed her two slaves, while sparing another Mommy who killed her
two slaves, based upon the DEGREE of GROVELING and BEGGING for mercy and
PRETENDING to express verbal remorse, that is provided by each Mommy!

Richardson woman will serve life sentence in sons' killings, her attorney says

DALLAS -- A Richardson woman who was indicted yesterday in the strangulation of
her two young sons will accept a plea bargain Monday agreeing to a life
sentence, her lawyer said yesterday.
Lisa Marie Smith, 31, has admitted to police that she killed Cody, 5, and
Tristen, 3, in December out of rage toward her ex-husband, who had recently won
custody of the boys. After the attacks, Smith tried to kill herself by slashing
her wrist, taking pills and disconnecting a gas line.
A hearing to announce the plea agreement is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday in
state District Judge Manny Alvarez's court.
Smith's attorney, Jim Moore, said yesterday that a life sentence is a good
alternative because the maximum penalty for capital murder is death. Under the
plea bargain, Smith will serve two concurrent life sentences, which will
require her to serve 40 years before she is eligible for parole, he said.
Moore said he believes that prosecutors agreed to the sentence because
psychiatric evaluations showed that Smith was deeply depressed at the time of
the killings. The fact that she acknowledged that she killed the boys and was
remorseful also played a role, he said.
"There's a big difference between a Darlie Routier and a Lisa Marie Smith, in
my mind," he said, referring to the Rowlett woman who received a death sentence
in 1997 after the stabbing deaths of her two young sons. Routier maintains that
she is not guilty, and she is fighting for a new trial.
"I believe and will always believe that at least one of those 12 jurors would
not have sentenced [Smith] to death," Moore said. "There would be some sympathy
and compassion."
Dallas County Assistant District Attorney Jason January declined to comment on
the plea bargain, although he confirmed that a hearing is scheduled for Monday
to determine how to proceed with the case.
"At this point, as far as I'm concerned, we're going for the death penalty," he
said.
Smith's ex-husband, Brit Smith, declined to comment on the indictment or the
plea bargain.
In her statement to police, Lisa Smith said she hated Brit Smith, who had won
permanent custody of the boys in December. After picking up her sons for a
scheduled visitation Dec. 26, she took them to a movie, gave them Christmas
presents and played with them. Later that night, after they had gone to bed,
she strangled them with a scarf, police said.
"I killed my sons," Smith said. "I hate their father. He had to pay. He had to
suffer, and now he will. You don't take two boys away from their mommy. And now
their mommy can't be with them."
The killings followed months of upheaval in Smith's life, friends and relatives
said. Her finances were in disarray, she had cut off all contact with her
parents and she was furious at the courts for giving custody to her ex-husband
and ordering her to pay $700 a month in child support.
Smith's mother, Linda Mrozinski, said she is "ecstatic" that her daughter will
apparently avoid Death Row. Mrozinski, who spoke to her daughter Thursday
night, said Smith hopes to teach while in prison.
"She misses her children terribly," said Mrozinski, who lives in El Paso. "It's
quite obvious she was not in her right mind when she did this. She knows she
has to live with this for the rest of her life."
The Rev. Michael Kempainen of South Garland Bible Church, who is Smith's pastor
and visits her each week, said she is resigned to spending many years in
prison.
"I think maybe, early on, it was more of a question of `Why didn't God let me
die?' " Kempainen said. "Now she wants to live. I think she's really been
growing spiritually during these three months. She's coming to realize that God
can have a ministry for her in prison."

Mom Pleads Guilty To Killing Sons

DALLAS (AP) - A second-grade teacher accused of strangling her two young sons
pleaded guilty Monday and was immediately sentenced to two concurrent life
terms, avoiding a trial and possible death penalty.
Lisa Marie Smith, 31, entered her plea to two counts of capital murder in the
deaths of William Cody Smith, 5, and Tristen Thomas Smith, 3.
``She's fearful, but she's thankful they aren't seeking the death penalty,''
said Jim Moore, her attorney. ``She said that `No matter what they do to me, I
have to live with this the rest of my life.'''
Smith spoke softly and cried as she addressed state District Judge Manny
Alvarez.
She will be eligible for parole in 40 years.
Police say Smith, distraught because she had lost custody of her sons to her
former husband, strangled the boys after they opened their Christmas presents
on Dec. 26. Two days later, she tried to kill herself by cutting her wrist and
releasing natural gas into the house, sparking a fire. It was after the fire
that the boys' deaths were discovered.
According to a police statement, Smith said: ``I killed my sons. There. I hate
their father. He had to pay.''
The state decided to accept the plea agreement because of evidence of Smith's
psychological state at the time of the slayings and because her ex-husband's
family didn't want to go to trial, said Jason January, an assistant district
attorney.
``I prayed to God every night and every morning that he'd settle this in a
hurry,'' said Brit Smith, Smith's former husband, who cried as he talked to
reporters.
Asked if he could forgive his ex-wife, he said: ``In the Bible it says I'm
supposed to. Right now, the hurt is not allowing me to do that.''

A Richardson mother who told police she strangled her two young sons because
she hated their father pleaded guilty today in exchange for a pair of
concurrent life prison terms.
The plea saves Lisa Marie Smith, 31, from facing a possible death sentence but
means she will remain in prison until she is at least 71.
Ms. Smith, a former grade-school teacher, said she wanted ex-husband Britain
Smith to feel the pain of losing the boys. She had recently lost a custody
battle to Mr. Smith when she killed the boys just after Christmas.
Ms. Smith was charged with two counts of capital murder in the deaths of
5-year-old William Cody Smith and 3-year-old Tristan Thomas Smith, who were on
a planned visitation with her when they were slain.
According to Ms. Smith's statement to police, the boys spent their last day
going to a movie, eating pizza and opening Christmas gifts from their mom.
Then, Ms. Smith told authorities, the boys went to sleep.
``I just sat there and stared at them in bed,'' her statement reads. ``They
were so beautiful. I sat there and said, `I have to do this. It's now or
never.' I wanted him to know my pain and how it feels to have his babies taken
away from him. And I just did it.
``I took my scarf and I did it. How could I be so horrible? How could I do what
I did? Then I just covered them up. I couldn't look at them. They were blue.''
The children's deaths were discovered Dec. 28 when firefighters responded to a
report of smoke coming from Ms. Smith 's Pittman Street home. Firefighters
found the kitchen ablaze and natural gas gushing from a disconnected line
there. Ms. Smith had cut her wrists and apparently started the fire.
