Over in California yesterday, a 36 year old gal named Diana Haun was
convicted of murder, in connection with the stabbing AND BEHEADING of her
lover's wife! Quite an intriguing tale, if you ask me. Diana was apparently
into the occult, and practiced witchcraft. She killed Sherri Dally as a
human sacrifice birthday present for her male lover, Michael Dally, who was
married to Sherri. Michael is accused of helping to plot the murder, but
there is good reason to believe that Diana, very possibly without any help
from Michael, committed the murder and beheading all by herself. Still,
Michael will face these same murder charges of which his Witchy lover Diana
was convicted of.
This Diana sounds like an interesting character. She worked as a grocery
store clerk, but she was also an aspiring model in the past, and took
acting classes as well. The way she managed to kidnap and then stab/behead
Sherri was by impersonating a policewoman. She apparently walked up to
Sherri in public, told Sherri she was a police officer, put HANDCUFFS on
Sherri, and then led Sherri into a rented car. Then she got in and drove
off, with her victim in tow! Pretty gutsy kidnapping, if you ask me.
The car was found later, DRENCHED with the blood of Sherri. The floor,
ceiling, and rear seat of the car were covered in blood. It sounds like
Diana stabbed Sherri to death in the car, and very possibly performed the
BEHEADING in the car as well! Oh well, she did have some good inspiration,
in the form of her occult interest and witchcraft practices. We all know
that belief in witches and the occult is just as ridiculous and nonexistent
as the pathetic god fable is.
But if Diana gained ourage and inspiration to kill based upon her
flawed beliefs, I still respect her and her act. Deep down, I believe that
the core rage and hate that she felt, as she stabbed and beheaded this
helpless and handcuffed 35 year old woman, was indeed a true reflection of
her own life experiences.
Anyway, Diana does face the possibility of the death penalty at the
sentencing phase of the trial, beginning next month. Few women are given
the DP by juries, since this is a hypocrisy laden society that purports to
treat the genders equally, but of course does NOT do so, in ANY aspect of
life. But the fact of the prosecution having apparently convinced the jury
that Diana was/is a practicing WITCH must be factored into the equation. I
believe that NO person who professes to believe in the ridiculous god myth
should be allowed on this, or ANY jury. But particularly not on THIS
particular case. I know how PATHETICALLY INSANE the human race is, and how
people who believe in the insane and false god fable are VERY likely to be
prejudiced against Diana, to her practicing of witchcraft.
It is outrageous that inferior humans who profess a belif in god will be
allowed to decide whether or not a pre-meditated homicide, via the DP, will
be inflicted upon Diana, the practicing witch/human beheader!
Take care, JOE
The following appears courtesy of today's Associated Press news wire:
VENTURA, Calif. (AP) - A grocery clerk accused of practicing witchcraft
could be sentenced to death for killing her lover's wife, an act
prosecutors said was a human sacrifice birthday present.
Diana Haun, 36, was convicted of first-degree murder and other charges on
Friday. The sentencing phase of the trial begins Oct. 20, after which the
jury will recommend the death sentence or life in prison.
Ms. Haun's lover, Michael Dally, awaits trial on the same charges.
The remains of Sherri Dally, 35, were found in a ravine nearly a month
after the homemaker and day-care operator was abducted from a store parking
lot May 6, 1996. She had been stabbed and beheaded.
Prosecutors said Ms. Haun was a follower of occult practices who killed
Mrs. Dally as a gift to Dally. They also said the two plotted the killing
so Dally could avoid a costly divorce.
The defense insisted Ms. Haun was Dally's dupe and had no idea of his plan
to kill his wife. They contended that someone else killed Mrs. Dally.
Prosecutors said Ms. Haun, who once aspired to be a model and took acting
classes, used those skills to disguise herself as a policewoman to abduct
Mrs. Dally. Witnesses said a woman in a tan outfit led Mrs. Dally in
handcuffs to a car in a retail store parking lot.
Prosecutors said DNA tests found the victim's blood soaked in the floor,
ceiling and rear seat of a car rented by Ms. Haun.
