New reply for the ticket #UNS00033125

Hello.

I am very sorry that your experience has not been a good one. We strive to keep our customers happy, so let's see what we can do here. I see that were were charged $95.40 on the following dates:
2018-04-13
2019-04-13
2020-04-13

You filed a chargeback for the most recent charge on 2020-04-29. We would like to go ahead and refund the other two charges, but they are too old, and our payment processors will not allow it. However, if you could please send us a PayPal address, we can send you a refund for the other two charges (for a total of $190.80).

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Regards,
UsenetServer Support

Hi,

I want $1,000 dollars from you crooks. I haven't used Paypal in years. Send a cheque for 1,000 dollars to Greg Carr General Delivery 7322 King George Blvd #100, Surrey, BC V3W 5A5 Shoppers Drug Mart Post Office. Use Purolator or Fed Ex if you want and I will move on to the next bugbear.

You ppl owe me a grand.
>
>Your service is a ripoff a total fraud. You scammed me for around $500 dollars. Even after I cancelled my service with you you billed me again for $113 although the credit card company reversed the charges. Your service never worked for me. I have been on USENET for 25 years and no one I know uses your service. I contacted the Brookings, South Dakota police force and your so called address is a mail drop company UPS. There doesn't seem to be anything more I can do legally about this and there is no way I am travelling to Florida this year. Hope you catch Wuhan and I have contacted the Outlaws MC in Florida so maybe they will shake you down for your illgotten gains. F The Other Club.

>Greg,

>I am a detective with the Brookings Police Department. I was asked to look into your complaint regarding USENET. As of right now I don’t have a ton of answers but wanted to let you know what I’ve found out so far. The address listed for USENET is actually our local UPS Store. I was able to confirm with UPS USENET does have a mailbox at the store #146. I have identified the person who set up the box as a male out of Winter Park, Florida. It also appears he has a similar online business set up called Easynews, which comes back to a UPS store in Miami Florida. The phone numbers for both businesses appear to be out of Phoenix, AZ and I believe they are both VOIP numbers, which is quite unusual for a legitimate business. I believe I have also identified a legitimate business which this guy does work for in Winter Park, Florida so I am planning on doing some follow up with that company to see if I can find anything else out about him. I know these aren’t real answers right now but I can
>tell you there is no physical business her in Brookings, South Dakota that business operates out of and as far as I can tell no “employees” for the business here either. Why he chose to use a UPS mailbox in South Dakota is puzzling as well but I will continue to dig on this and see what I can find. I will let you know what I do find out regarding this. If you have any questions please let me know.

The funding positioned Highwinds for massive growth of its global CDN.

>HW Media (the part of Highwinds still owned by Omicron Media) is well known for its reseller services and claiming to be the Usenet server with the largest retention. However, resellers of HW media fail to disclose that they work with the company. Most people who buy multiple accounts for increased binary completion end up buying multiple accounts from different HW resellers. This leads to people paying multiple times for the same service. This has drawn criticism from Usenet users that HW Media is trying to deceive customers by not making their resellers disclose their affiliation with HW Media. In my entire life I have lost $1k to scammers. I reported Newshosting to the police dept in Winter Park, Florida they didn't do anything the female officer replied asking my address hey ditz officer it was on the envelope I sent you via DHL what a A1 investigator that is.

What company after you call the police on them and call them grifters and crooks online keeps sending you emails offering their services?

You never post on topic and are a failed immigrant in Britain.
