Regina Louf and murder of Katrien De Cuyper

90's. These were Christine Van Hees, Carine Dellaert and Katrien De
Cuyper. The murder of Christine Van Hees, in the mushroom farm, on
13/02/1984, has attracted a lot of attention, but Katrien De Cuyper's
murder has also stoked up controversy.
Katrien De Cuyper disappeared on 17/12/1991, aged 14 years, at the end
of 1991. Her body was found on 19/06/1992 in the vicinity of Antwerp
docks. No progress at all was made solving this crime. Then in 1996
Regina came forward, claiming that she had been taken by Tony Van Den
Bogaert to a sex-party (the person who admitted having sex with her at
age 12, but who denied almost all her other allegations). It was at
this party that, she claims, Katrien De Cuyper was murdered.
A very interesting development, which took place in Holland, was the
discovery in 1998 of a photograph of a child on a collection of child
pornography CD-ROMS, the so-called 'Zandvoort CDs'. The
anti-paedophile vigilante group Morkhoven has cropped this picture to
head and shoulders for identification purposes. This child bears a
striking resemblance to Catrien De Cuyper.
A very recent development is that head and shoulders of this child can
be viewed at http://groups.msn.com/werkgroepMorkhoven/katriendecuyper.msnw
and is compared there with two other photographs that are definitely
Katrien De Cuyper. The link, incidentally, includes a scientific
analysis of the images, carried out by the Italian Caribinieri, and
points to a probable match (ie in their opinion the photograph on the
CD-ROM is probably that of Katrien De Cuyper).
If the photo is Katrien then we have a Dutch connection, and I expect
that these connections will be explored in the Zembla program that
will be aired on Dutch TV tomorrow evening (18/03/2004). I am looking
forward to seeing this program just in case they contain something
new. But even the facts we know today are extremely interesting. The
bar where Katrien was seen making a phone call at 22:45 on 17/12/1991
(the last time she was seen alive), for example, shared the same
address as Studio De Pauw, which is the Belgian branch of a notorious
Dutch producer (whose head office is in Utrecht) of pornographic
films, and which has been accused by many people of being involved in
child pornography. And the address of Studio De Pauw was in the
address book of the Belgian paedophile Robbie Van Der Plancken who was
the partner of Gerry Ulrich, the Zandvoort based owner of the CD-ROM
in question. This address book was extremely interesting,
incidentally, because it also contained the name and telephone number
of one of Britain's most notorious paedophiles: Warwick Spinks.
Now I know (from Zembla's own website) that they will be discussing
Katrien De Cuyper. I hope, assuming they mention the Zandvoort CD's,
that they will come clean about one problem when attempting to match
the Zandvoort child with Katrien. This problem is; the person with the
head matching Katrien appears to be a boy (ie he had male genitalia)
on the CD. Normally this would be a show-stopper, but not necessarily
so in this case. Because there is another child (who was one of the
so-called 'victims of Nivelles' in Belgium) who is alive today, but
whose photo also seems to appear on the Zandvoort CD's, and in this
case the resemblance is even more striking than the photo's of Katrien
(for me personally, there is no doubt in this case). But the situation
is the same: the head of the Nivelles child appears to be on the body
of the boy.
The Belgian authorities are refusing to pursue the Zandvoort CD link
precisely because, in their view, the photo of 'Katrien' is clearly
that of a boy. I personally believe this argument is flawed, because
of the the parallel case of the Nivelles child. I do not know if any
form of scientific analyis has taken place to see if the child's head
has somehow beeen superimposed on the body of a child. If it has, then
there is a very sick mind out there. Except, of course, sick minds are
already definitely involved in this. The victims of Nivelles,
incidentally, are noteworthy because a group of 5 children were
believed by the Belgian authorities, and two of the perpetrators have
already received long prison sentences (this was a sadistic paedophile
network in the clinical sense of the word, incidentally, and the
details of it are gut-wrenching, but there were no deaths or "child
hunts", as figure in the accounts of Regina).
Does this have any bearing on Regina's credibility? I believe that
this would increase considerably if it was confirmed that Katrien was
being sexually abused and her image copied on a CD. This would show
that Katrien was definitely mixed up in a very dark world.
