was standing right there holding a blackish well worn wallet with several cards
in it. One card that he had out looked like a drivers license. I thought it was
mine so grabbed it. But it was clearly a young medium complexion gal with dark
or black hair 4 names on the license most of which started with M and last name
was Mal--- he snatched the license out of my hand. While in the car going to
the SeaTac Airport suspect allowed the children to use the card to play with
the baby in the back seat. We went to gate B-4 dropped off his parents.
Terryle asked about the license but it had been dropped and I did not feel up
to just keeping track of it at ALL times. Suspect was beyond furious.
Frantically he went back looking for the license. The person closing up the B-4
Gate said he would have to leave. So FUMING suspect walked away.)

need to get all four children ready was hurried to say the least. So our
Reunion was not all that great. To top that off we were not allowed to use the
trunk of the car. And I remember strange smells the warmer it got. Suspect took
off just about the minute we arrived and got out of the car.

find a bullet hole in the ceiling of his bathroom but a friend who was supposed
to visit one night about this time came up missing,- question was this the same

THIS MAY PROVE TO BE VERY SIGNIFICANT:
Like the incident in Vancouver, police are now and have
been ignoring the new tips that were sent to their office
about a man who should be a 'person of interest' in the
matter of the investigation of the Green River Killer. Are they
going to look at this data in 5 or 10 years and realize that
there was some very significant information handed to them,
but they had never investigated it further? Why is it that the
woman who contacted me almost 2 months ago has never
been given even 5 minutes of time from detectives about
the Green River Killer? She has been trying to get the Task
Force to look at her ex-husband since 1988 when she
was finally able to leave him. She was told many times
by Tom Jensen, who heads the TF that "if his name was
not on the computer print-out sheet, they were not going
to look at him. Does the killer have to be a felon with a
previous record? Did the Task Force treat Gary Ridgway's
wife & ex-wife in the same manner? Probably not...he
was already in police custody when they came forward
with all of the infomation about his very strange habits.
Did the police in Vancouver treat the family members of
the missing women like 'dirt' , that they were 'looney' or
had 'mental problems'? I certainly KNOW that I do not
have any, but they will not even listen to me and have
'insinuated' that I was calling on a daily basis...which I
was not. The Task Force has mishandled evidence and
not picked up other meaningful pieces of the puzzle. WHY?
I seriously believe that when this is all over, there WILL be
another lawsuit in Seattle, like the one that is being put
together right now in Vancouver, about not investigating
THIS matter properly.
My letter is going out to many important people, including
several members of the media, and I ask that you read this
and the attachments that I am sending VERY carefully. In
the message below is the DEFINITE LINK that connects
this suspect to not only one of the missing women on the
Green River Killer List, but there is also the possibility of
him knowing and associating with Gary Ridgway, the man
that is in police custody but only charged with murder for
4 of the 49+ women who made it onto the OFFICIAL list.

murdered women. There was at least one time when bodies
had been found, that a witness spoke of 2 men being in that

Maria Malvar was last seen on 4-30-83 by her boyfriend/pimp
getting into a vehicle, which sped away from the area very
quickly. The b/p thought that something might be wrong and
followed, but soon lost them and apparently went home. When
she did not come home, he and the girl's father went looking
for the vehicle. They found it sitting in front of Gary Ridgway's
home, decided to park nearby and called the police to the
scene. They arrived at the house, briefly questioned Ridgway
and he said that he had not been with the girl. It has also
been said that another man was at his home at the time
of the questioning....could the other man possibly be our
suspect?
On 5-27-83, Patricia and her husband were at the Sea Tac
Airport to see off his mother & father at Gate B-4. Before
getting out of their vehicle, her husband had pulled out a
wallet that looked like hers. He then extracted some cards,
holding them in his hand. Patricia saw an I.D. card and
assumed that it was hers. She grabbed it out of the stack
in his hand, and wondered what he would be doing with
HER license. She now had it, glanced down at the front and
saw that it was NOT hers. The picture was of a medium
complexion girl, in her 20's with long dark hair. She noticed
that there were 4 NAMES on the license, but only caught
part of the last name MAL ___. He snatched it back from
her, then the baby started to fuss in her arms. He gave the
BABY the card to play with. They proceeded to pile out of
the vehicle and entered the airport terminal. After saying
their "goodbyes" to his parents, and getting ready to leave,
he went to get the card from the baby. It was not in it's little
hand. He FRANTICALLY searched around on the floor, and
asked Patricia what happened to it. She said that she did
not know, while he was searching the floor. They were then
told to leave, because the gates were about to be closed to
that terminal, so there was no time to continue looking for it.
Later that afternoon, an employee found the license
and reported such to the police. The license was for a
Marie-Jane Molina Malvar. There are police records of the
finding, and a letter dated 2-8-85 about even "walking with
him to see where it was located", but the license HAD NOT
been picked up as evidence and was disposed of by the
airport almost two years later. It also appears that the log
book for that particular day is nowhere to be found, or they
could prove that Patricia and her husband HAD been there.
I have in my possession copies of all 5 police reports.
The question here is: If the last known place that Maria
Malvar was seen had been in Gary Ridgway's vehicle on
4-30-83, how did Patricia's husband happen to be in
possession of the license that was found at the airport
on 5-27-83? Was he the 'other man' at Gary Ridgway's
home the night the police questioned him, or was he
also involved in her disappearance. Patricia KNEW
that there had been 4 names on the license...how, if
she had not seen it? All newspaper articles that I had
found about Ms. Malvar either called her Marie or Maria,
NEVER was there any article with all 4 names in it.

BY A CREDIBLE WITNESS. THE WEEKEND OF 10-8-82 PATRICIA WAS
ASKED TO SING AT HER BROTHER'S CHURCH. THIS COINCIDES WITH
DENISE DARCEL BUSH'S DISAPPEARANCE. HER SKULL WAS FOUND IN
TIGARD, OREGON. TERRYLE HAD GONE OFF DURING THE TIME THEY

HAD TO STOP AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO ATTEND AA MEETINGS.
ON 3-3-83 ALMA ANN SMITH DISAPPEARED AND HER BODY WAS FOUND
AT STAR LAKE - A BEER CAN WAS FOUND CLOSE BY. NOTE THE AA IN
HER INITIALS.
10. TERRYLE BECAME ENRAGED WHEN PATRICIA MADE PLANS TO DOG-SIT
FOR HER BROTHER. BESIDE THE BODY OF SANDRA KAY GABBERT WAS
FOUND THE SKELETAL REMAINS OF A LARGE DOG.
11. REMEMBERS A TIME IN FEBRUARY OF 1983 WHEN TERRYLE WAS OUT
AT THE VEHICLE RUMMAGING THROUGH THE BACK OF THE CAR. SHE

TO THE NORTH OF MOUNT LAKE TERRACE. COULD IT HAVE BEEN THE
BODY OF ESSIE CARRIE JACKSON IN THE TRUNK.

BROTHER'S HOUSE IN TIGARD. TERRYLE ARRIVED JUST BEFORE THE PARTY

7-9-83, TONYA NANETTE HARRY DISAPPEARED FROM PORTLAND AND HER

WOULD TAKE SOMEONE LARGER THAN GARY RIDGWAY (OR 2 MEN)

ABOUT 200-230 POUNDS AT THE TIME OF THE KILLINGS.

'93, STRANGLED WITH THEIR SWEATS IN MUCH THE SAME MANNER AS
WENDY COFFIELD AND OPAL MILLS - 10 YEARS LATER, YET NOT ON

TERRYLE IMPLYING THAT GARY MERCER'S YOUNGER SISTER, MELINDA
KNEW TOO MUCH AND, "SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT
HER". MELINDA MERCER WAS KILLED AND IT IS SAID THAT ROBERT
YATES HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH THE MURDER.COULD ROBERT YATES,
GARY RIDGWAY & TERRYLE HAVE BEEN WORKING TOGETHER AS A
KILLING TEAM? SHE IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN 'CAUSING PROBLEMS'.

10-DAY HONEYMOON. THE KILLINGS RESUMED WHEN THEY RETURNED.
NO KILLINGS BETWEEN 5-8-83 AND 5-23-83 - PATRICIA GAVE BIRTH TO A
SON ON 5-18-83, BUT THERE HAD BEEN MANY FALSE ALARMS DURING THE
WEEK BEFORE THE BIRTH. WHEN DISAPPEARANCES OF WOMEN RESUMED,
THERE WERE 2 IN ONE DAY -MAKING UP FOR LOST TIME?
FROM THE END OF 12-83 UNTIL 2-13-84 THERE WERE NO KILLINGS.
TERRYLE HAD BEEN WORKING AS A CAR SALESMAN AND HIS TIME WAS
ACCOUNTED FOR. HE WOULD BE AT THE DEALERSHIP VERY LONG HOURS.
PATRICIA SAID THAT HE WAS LITERALLY BANGING HIS HEAD ON THE
WALLS AT HOME AND ACTING LIKE A CAGED ANIMAL ALL DURING THAT
PERIOD OF TIME. HE WAS ALSO PUNCHING HOLES INTO THE WALLS.

OTHER STRANGE BEHAVIOR AND 'QUIRKS' THAT MAY BE PERTINENT:
ATTACKED PATRICIA ONE EVENING, AFTER SHE HAD BEEN WATCHING
A NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE GREEN RIVER KILLER. SHE HAD
SHOWN AN INTEREST IN THE FACT THAT TIGARD, OREGON HAD BEEN
MENTIONED, BECAUSE IT WAS WHERE HER BROTHER AND HIS FAMILY
LIVED. AT BEDTIME, HE HAD TWISTED UP AN ARTICLE OF HER CLOTHING
UNTIL IT WAS LIKE A ROPE. HE THEN PUT ONE END OF IT BETWEEN HIS
TEETH AND MADE IT INTO A LOOP AND ATTEMPTED TO STAB HER WITH
A PAIR OF SCISSORS.
TERRYLE ALWAYS CARRIED EXTRA CLOTHING WITH HIM. HE CLAIMED IT
WAS "IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENED AT WORK", BUT HE WAS SAID TO
BE ON LIGHT DUTY BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS WITH HIS BACK. THERE WERE
A FEW TIMES THAT HE SAID HIS BACK WAS HURTING FROM LIFTING TOO
MUCH AT WORK. HE WAS NOT REQUIRED TO LIFT ANYTHING IF ON 'LIGHT
DUTY'. CLOTHING IN CLOSET SEEMED TO DWINDLE DOWN, AND NOT FROM
WEAR AND TEAR...THEY JUST DISAPPEARED.
HAD ACCESS TO DUKE'S PICK-UP TRUCK, WHICH ALWAYS HAD VARIOUS
DIGGING TOOLS AND TARPS IN THE BACK, BECAUSE DUKE WOULD GO
ON ALMOST DAILY 'SCAVENGER HUNTS'. IT WAS A FADED GREEN TRUCK
WITH SEVERAL PRIMER SPOTS. PATRICIA SAID THAT THE BODY OF IT WAS
HELD TOGETHER WITH BONDO, A NEW SPOT APPEARING ALL THE TIME.
THIS TRUCK HAD A WHITE CANOPY TOP ON IT, WITH 2 SMALL DOORS.
TERRYLE ACTED REALLY STRANGE WHEN PATRICIA WAS LOOKING TO
BUY A HOUSE IN ETONVILLE. THEY HAD BARELY EVEN GOTTEN THERE,
LOOKED AROUND THE PLACE FOR A FEW MINUTES AND HE WANTED TO
LEAVE RATHER QUICKLY.
TERRYLE WAS A BOY SCOUT, HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF TYING KNOTS.
WAS THE KNOT USED IN THE STRANGULATIONS THE SAME EACH TIME?
WHAT KIND OF KNOT? HE HAD ONE CERTAIN KNOT THAT HE WAS
PROFICIENT AT TYING...PATRICIA KNOWS.
AT LEAST 5 OF THE WOMEN WEIGHED TOO MUCH FOR GARY RIDGWAY
TO BE ABLE TO CARRY ALONE. THERE EITHER HAD TO BE 2 OR MORE
MEN INVOLVED OR SOMEONE THAT WAS MUCH LARGER THAN HIM.
TERRYLE'S FATHER, DUKE, CONSTANTLY LISTENED TO THE POLICE
SCANNERS AND SEEMED TO HAVE 'INSIDER INFORMATION', AS FAR
AS THE COURTS OR POLICE ACTIVITY WAS INVOLVED. ALSO HAD MANY
FRIENDS WHO WERE JUDGES OR POLICE OFFICERS.
ALTHOUGH TERRYLE COMPLAINED ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH HIS BACK,
HE HAD ALSO BEEN SEEN MANY TIMES ROUGH-HOUSING OR CARRYING
BOTH BOYS AT ONE TIME UNDER HIS ARMS...WHOSE COMBINED WEIGHT
WOULD BE AROUND 200 POUNDS.
WITH TERRYLE BEING A SHIFT WORKER, HIS SCHEDULE VARIED, MAKING
IT POSSIBLE FOR HIM TO HAVE PERPETRATED THESE DISAPPEARANCES,
EVEN THOUGH THEY HAPPENED AT DIFFERENT TIMES AND DATES.
TERRYLE ALSO WORKED AT MANY OF THEIR VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN
SEATTLE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.

THIS GROUP HAS ONLY 38 OUT OF 114 EXTREMELY GOOD CONNECTIONS THAT
I HAVE COME UP WITH SO FAR. EACH TIME THAT I HAVE A CONVERSATION
WITH PATRICIA, SHE USUALLY REMEMBERS SOMETHING ELSE THAT HE
HAD SAID OR DONE THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED QUESTIONABLE. THERE
SHOULD BE MORE THAN ENOUGH REASONS TO ESTABLISH A PROBABLE
CAUSE SEARCH AND OF GETTING A DNA SAMPLE FROM HIM. OTHERS THAT
HAVE BEEN PRIVILEGED TO READ THIS INFORMATION BELIEVE IT IS VERY
COMPELLING. I TRUST THEIR JUDGEMENT AND HAVE THOUGHT FROM THE
FIRST DAY OF CONTACT WITH PATRICIA THAT THIS MAN NEEDED TO BE
LOOKED AT BY THE GREEN RIVER TASK FORCE.
I AM IN THE PROCESS NOW OF CONTACTING MANY PEOPLE WHO KNEW
BOTH PATRICIA & TERRYLE. THERE MAY BE SEVERAL MORE 'THINGS'
TO BE ADDED TO THIS LIST BY THE TIME IT IS FINISHED...IF IT EVER IS.

1. WAS ONE OF THE VICTIMS MISSING HER FALSE TEETH? SOME WERE FOUND
IN THE TRUNK OF TERRYLE'S CAR, PARTIALLY HIDDEN. PATRICIA GAVE
THEM TO TERRYLE'S FATHER, DUKE, AND A VERY HEATED ARGUMENT
ENSUED. FROM THAT POINT ON, TERRYLE THEN MADE THE TRUNK OF THE
CAR OFF-LIMITS TO EVERYONE IN THE HOUSEHOLD.
2. ONE OR TWO BODIES MAY BE HIDDEN IN A FIELD JUST OFF THE MAIN
ROAD GOING TO LAKE CONNER NEAR EVERETT. TERRYLE WAS IN THAT
AREA AND HAD BEEN GONE FOR A LONG PERIOD. HE RETURNED TO WHERE
THE FAMILY WAS PICNICING COVERED IN WHAT PATRICIA SAID WAS MUD
AND BLOOD, ALSO WANTING TO LEAVE QUITE QUICKLY. HE GAVE HER A
VERY STRANGE LOOK AFTER THEY HAD PASSED THE LOCATION AND SHE
HAD GLANCED IN THAT DIRECTION.
3. TERRYLE WAS CONSTANTLY IN THE VICINITY OF THE SEA-TAC AIRPORT
AND THE 'STRIP' TO DRIVE BROTHER-IN-LAW TO WORK. PARKING WAS
EXPENSIVE AND A SPOT WAS ALWAYS HARD TO FIND, SO TERRYLE WOULD
TAKE HIM. CHECK THE FLIGHT LOGS FOR GARY MERCER.
4. ONE OCCASION OF EXTREMELY STRANGE BEHAVIOR INVOLVED THE
CHILDREN'S FRIEND'S FATHER, OFFICER DALE EGGERS. THE FATHER
ALREADY KNEW THE KIDS, BUT CAME TO THE HOUSE UNDER THE
PREMISE OF 'MEETING' THEM. HE ACTUALLY WAS THERE TO MEET
TERRYLE AND CHECK HIM OUT. NOT LONG AFTER THIS, OFFICER
EGGERS WAS WORKING AN EXTRA SHIFT AT A SEA FIRST BANK AND
A 'ROBBER' CAME IN, SHOT THE OFFICER TO DEATH, THEN LEFT
WITHOUT EVEN GETTING ANY MONEY. TERRYLE WAS VERY ADAMENT
ABOUT THE BOYS & THEIR BOY SCOUT TROOP NOT ATTENDING THE
FUNERAL. A 'MESSAGE' ABOUT A 'CHANGE OF SCHEDULE' BY TERRYLE
MADE SURE THAT THE VEHICLES THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO RIDE IN DID
NOT ARRIVE ON TIME.
5. SPEAKING WITH RELATIVES THAT KNEW BOTH PATRICIA & TERRYLE
HAVE THEM VIEWING HIM AS "DIFFERENT" AND A "LONER". THEY ALSO
SAID THAT PATRICIA SEEMED VERY "GUARDED" AND "QUIET" WHEN HE
WAS AROUND. THEY SAW HIM AS MORE OF AN ACQUAINTANCE THAN A
RELATIVE, AND REMEMBER HIM BEING THERE BUT "NOT BEING THERE".
6. SUSPECT MAY KNOW GARY LEON RIDGWAY. CULT INVOLVEMENT
WITH THE TRIANGLES ON THE VICTIMS THAT HE WAS CHARGED WITH
MURDERING. COULD THEY HAVE DONE THOSE TOGETHER? PATRICIA
REMEMBERS ONE EVENING THAT DUKE HAD TOLD TERRYLE TO "GO
MEET GARY AT........", AND THE ONLY OTHER GARY WAS MERCER,
BUT HE WAS ON A FLIGHT TO THE FAR EAST AS THE PILOT.
7. KNOWN CULT INVOLVEMENT - HE EVEN TOOK PATRICIA TO ONE MEETING.
DRACONIAN ILLUMINATI. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS, BUT HAVE
BEEN TOLD IT MAY ALSO INVOLVE THE CHURCH OF $CIENTOLOGY.
8. TERRYLE'S FATHER, DUKE, MAY ALSO HAVE SOME INVOLVEMENT IN THE
KILLINGS...WAS ALWAYS GONE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND HAD A
PAIR OF RUBBER BOOTS THAT WERE HANGING IN THE GARAGE...AND
WERE SOMETIMES FOUND THERE - WET. THESE BOOTS WERE KHAKI
GREEN WITH A BRIGHT YELLOW STRIPE ALONG THE TOP.
9. PICTURES OF GARY RIDGWAY AND TERRYLE BACK IN '82 & '83 ARE SAID
TO LOOK AMAZINGLY ALIKE...DOWN TO THE MOUSTACHE.
10. HAD A FETISH ABOUT THE ODOMETER OF THE CAR, ALWAYS CHECKING
THE AMOUNT OF MILES THAT PATRICIA TACKED ON, ALTHOUGH HE DROVE
IT AROUND CONSTANTLY. ON ONE OCCASION, SHE THOUGHT THAT IT HAD
SHOWN FEWER MILES THAN THE PREVIOUS DAY.
11. HE WOULD ALWAYS NEED SEVERAL DAYS NOTICE FOR ANY FAMILY
PLANS, BUT WOULD TAKE OFF WHENEVER HE PLEASED AND BE GONE
FOR VERY LONG PERIODS.
12. ALWAYS INSISTENT ON OWNING VEHICLES WITH LARGE TRUNKS. SHE
BOUGHT A STATION WAGON AT ONE TIME AND HE WAS ENRAGED ABOUT
THE PURCHASE. THEY DID NOT OWN THAT CAR FOR VERY LONG.
13. SOME FRAGMENTS OF A PINK-TINTED GLASS HAD BEEN FOUND ON THE
FLOOR AT HOLDEN STREET BY THE WORKBENCH.
14. HE HAD A 'THING' ABOUT HER NAME, WANTING HER TO CHANGE IT TO
TRICIA.
15. IF TERRYLE AND HIS FATHER MADE ALMOST DAILY VISITS TO DUMP SITES
FOR THEIR 'SCAVENGER HUNTS', WHY HAD THEY NEVER RUN ACROSS ANY
OF THE BODIES? THE REMAINS WERE USUALLY VERY VISIBLE.
16. THE TWIN PEAKS CAFE WAS ONE OF TERRYLE'S FAVORITE PLACES TO
EAT...BURNT DOWN...POSSIBLE ALTERCATION WITH THE OWNERS?
