Hello,

Dead Parental Units. Just typing those three words makes me smile and lets a
feeling of pleasure wash over me. All over the world, there are SLAVES, child
slaves, who hate and despise their parental units and seek to EXTERMINATE them.

Over in Florida, THREE such boys, aged 15, 15, and 16, managed to hook up.
All three of them hated and despised their parents and wanted to slaughter
them. They formed a PACT, where they agreed to kill ALL of their parents, and
then set out together on a cross-country killing spree! Is that COOL or what??!
Unfortunately things did not play themselves out to perfection. Our
threeenraged youths made very serious tactical errors. But they did kill ONE of
their parents. And that is better than nothing.

On Monday, the three of them, Steven Etheredge, aged 15, Jeremy Barman, 16,
and Tony Headley, 15, decided the time had come to begin their parental
murders. They cut school, and went to the home of Steven, to wait for Steven's
Daddy, Frank, to return home from work. They planned to KILL Daddy Frank, of
course. While they were home alone, they got bored and decided to fool around
in cyberspace. Steven managed to hook up with a girl, probably in a chat room,
and YOLD her, flat out, that he was going to KILL his father that day. They
chatted for awhile, then Steven told her that he would have to go, because
Daddy was expected home soon. He told her to call him back in 45 minutes. When
she called him back, Steven told her that he was busy wrapping the body in
black plastic and would be putting it in a trunk!

Now, this was tactically STUPID! Extremely stupid! But you must remember that
Steven is only 15 years old, and must have been VERY excited over fulfilling a
lifelong fantasy and need, that of SLAUGHTERING his father. Police say that the
three boys ambushed Daddy Frank as he arrived home and entered the house. They
jumped him, knocked him to the floor, strangled him with a belt, then STABBED
him to death, inflicting numerous stab wounds, including 2 to Daddy Frank's
face. They then wrapped his body in plastic and stuffed it into a trunk,
leaving it in the house.

The next day, Tuesday, all 3 boys went back to school! Hey, even murderers
don't want to fall behind on their grades, right? But once again, these three
boys suffered from the "loose lips" syndrome, and began blabbing to other
classmates that they had killed someone. Word filtered down to the teachers &
school officials, and eventually the police were called in to investigate.

They got a search warrant, went to Steven's house, and found the body of
Daddy Frank. Steven's two partners soon confessed to their roles in the murder.
Steven was a little smarter, and feeling the noose tighten around him, he fled
the state, DRIVING all the way to his grandparent's home in Alabama, despite
not having a drivers license! He was finally tracked down by police on
Thursday, and arrested while with his grandfather at a bank, depositing a check
for grandma. He was extradited back to Florida today.

Upon his arrest, Steven was interviewed by detectives. He stated very clearly
that he was glad that his father was dead. And that if he was not dead, Steven
would try to kill him again! He showed absolutely no remorse. Well, of course
not! What does he have to be remorseful about? He hated his father, he hated
being a SLAVE. He hated having been handed over to a man, as a helpless
newborn, based solely upon the fact that the man had donated some sperm to a
female egg 15 years ago. He recognized that he had a True Reality right to KILL
his father, and he chose to act upon that right. And you humans expoect him to
be REMORSEFUL. You forced Steven into SLAVERY, and the expect him to regret
having killed his slaveowner? How irrational!

Anyway, all three boys will be charged with murder. Was this a well executed
plan? No, it was not. It was STUPIDLY executed. These three boys did not commit
their desired murders. They WANTED TO and planned to murder ALL SIX of their
parents, and onl succeeded in killing one, Steven's father. But at least they
tried. At least they recognized their RIGHT to kill their parents.

I believe that all three of these boys were perfectly serious in their
desires and intentions to kill all of their parents. The fact that they were
able to hook up together just goes to prove that there are hundreds of
thousands of teens, all across your pathetic society, who share the SAME True
Reality urge/desire/need/compulsion to slaughter their parental units.

Take care, JOE

Three teens arrested in killing of boy's father

February 7, 1998

LAKELAND, Fla. (AP) — A 15-year-old boy and two of his friends are charged with
killing the boy's father as part of a plot police say would have ended with all
of their parents dead.

"After murdering their parents, they planned to make a cross-country murder and
crime spree,'' sheriff's spokeswoman Michal Holder said.

Steven Etheredge was returned to Florida from Alabama on Saturday and charged
with murdering his father.

"He showed no remorse and told detectives he would do it again,'' Holder said.

Jeremy Barman, 16, and Tony Headley, 15, were charged Friday with first-degree
murder.

Investigators said the three skipped school Monday and went to Etheredge's home
in an upscale neighborhood in this city west of Tampa and waited for the father
to return home.

While they were waiting, Etheredge told a New Hampshire girl he met on the
Internet that he was about to kill his father and to call back in 45 minutes.
When she called back, he told her they were wrapping the body with black
plastic and were going to stuff it in the trunk. Investigators declined to
identify the girl or say how they connected with her.

"They jumped Frank Etheredge. They wrestled him to the ground,'' sheriff's Col.
Grady Judd said. "They choked him with what appeared to be a belt. They stabbed
him at least twice in the face. ... Then they wrapped him up in black plastic
and put him in the trunk of his car.''

It wasn't clear why the three stopped with Etheredge, who was divorced.

The boys returned to school Tuesday and began talking about the killing, said
school spokesman Malcolm Kneale. Word got back to school officials, who
launched an investigation.

Authorities obtained a search warrant for the Etheredge home and found the body
in the trunk.

Police say Barman and Headley confessed to the killing, and Tampa television
station WTVT reported that Etheredge gave police an incriminating statement.

"It's almost crazy to think that someone like that has been in school with me
for this long with thoughts like that in the head,'' said April Neslund,
president of the student council at George Jenkins High School, where the boys
were students.

Etheredge's grandmother said the boy showed up by himself Thursday at her home
in Mobile, Ala., for a fishing trip with his grandfather. He didn't have a
driver's license and was in his father's van.

"He was going fishing with his grandfather Thursday, and they stopped by a bank
to deposit a check for me. Some police walked up, asked him who he was and
slapped the cuffs on him,'' Eudessa Craig said. "I have no earthly idea what's
going on.''

Hello,

Here is an update on this very interesting case out of Florida, where three
teen-age boys, aged 15, 15, and 16, formed a sort of verbal pact, in which they
agreed to murder ALL of their parents. On Monday of last week, they all cut
school and went to the 15 year old Steven Etheredge's home. They waited for
Steven's father, 45 year old Frank Etheredge, to arrive home. As soon as Daddy
Frank got home, the three boys ambushed him, jumping on top of him, choking him
with a belt, and the repeatedly stabbing him to death. They then wrapped the
body in plastic and stuffed it into the trunk of his car.

They went back to school the next day, and foolishly began bragging about
what they had done. Steven's two accomplices soon confessed. Steven did
successfully flee the state on Thursday, going to his grandparent's house in
Alabama, but was soon tracked down and arrested. He was extradited back to
Florida, and made his first court appearance yesterday.

His mom was at his side in court, and Steven, playing the part of a "good
boy", held mommy's hand as they sat next to each other in court. Steven is
charged with first degree murder, although it's not absolutely clear whether he
will be tried as an adult. IMO, it's 98% certain that he will be, due to your
pathetic society's irrational and hypocritical laws.

We hear again that all three boys did indeed plan to kill ALL of their
parents, all 6 of them, and then engage in a cross-country murder and robbery
spree, before finally arriving in California and hooking up with a female
friend they had met on the internet. Cool plan! Too bad these boys were just
too immature and tactically stupid to successfully carry it out.

Detectives continue to probe the internet part of this situation. Steven was
chatting with a girl in New Hampshire just before and just after the 3 boys
committed their killing. She apparently spoke to them by VOICE, over the phone,
as well as perhaps in a chat room. And one of the boys told her very
specifically that they HAD killed someone and were wrapping his body in
plastic. No word on whether the girl BELIEVED them, but she apparently did not
notify police, or tell anyone.

Court records show that, you guessed it, Steven's family was dysfunctional,
abusive, and involved a tremendous amount of trauma and pain for Steven. The
divorce that Daddy Frank underwent with Steven's mother was turbulent, and
involved alcoholism, neglect, and isolation, all of which this young SLAVE,
Steven, had to deal with.

Daddy Frank had legal custody of slave Steven, and Steven was not allowed to
have regular visits with his mother. In fact, she was specifically prevented
from ever setting foot on the property where Steven lived with his daddy. Daddy
Frank FORCED his son to carry a tape recorder whenever he did meet with his
mother.

In order to try and escape the trauma and abusiveness of his daddy, Steven
began to spend many hours fooling around on his computer. He also spent lots of
time chatting with his mother over the internet, bevause he was prevented from
seeing her, by his father, who had custody. Here you see that Steven is being
treated as what he IS, according to your society: An OWNED SLAVE.

The divorce took place in 1990, when Steven was 8 years old. His mother
voluntarily gave up custody, due to "financial problems". In later years,
Steven tried desperately to reunite with his mother and live with her, but was
prevented from doing so, by your pathetic judicial and court system. His mother
tried to regain custody, citing her ex-hubby's ``failure to meet the child's
academic and emotional needs,'' and pointing out that Daddy Frank was an
alcoholic. But of course your society did not care, and forced Steven to remain
in SLAVERY, to his inferior and incompetent father.

Guess what kind of a job Daddy Frank had? Yup, he worked for the IRS. In
1994, due to his alcoholism, he began missing a lot of workdays, and was fired
in 1995. He BLAMED the firing on the fact that Steven was sick some days, but
in fact he was an alcoholic and suffered from depression as well. He went on
welfare, and Steven's mother began paying child support to Daddy Frank.

Also in 1995, Daddy Frank got blind drunk, wandered into a road, and was hit
by a car. Both of his legs were broken. And yet Slave Steven was still FORCED
to remain as a PRISONER to this PROFOUNDLY incompetent and abusive man, for no
other reason than the fact that he managed to impregnate a woman years earlier
and his sperm successfully comingled with the woman's egg, resulting in the
creation of Steven the human fetus!

So there you have it. Another helpless boy, forced into slavery, abused and
traumatized in a MALICIOUS manner, by your society, who now will be punitively
punished, for doing NOTHING more than accurately reflecting back at society,
the abuse and pain and injustice that society forcibly imposed upon him! How
incredibly PATHETIC you humans are. The HYPOCRISY just boggles my mind. But
that's okay. Deep down, I've known EXACTLY how perverse and evil your society
is, ever since I myself was 8 years old.

Take care, JOE

Tribune newspaper:

Teen held in dad's death
By BETH FOUSHEE and CANDACE J. SAMOLINSKI of The Tampa Tribune
------------------------------------------------------------------------
LAKELAND - Steven Etheredge made his first Polk County court appearance
Saturday morning, with his mother by his side.

Fifteen-year-old Steven Etheredge of Lakeland locked hands with his mother, who
cried as they sat in the Polk County Juvenile Detention Center, during his
first Florida court appearance in the murder of his father.

Also present was his stepfather, Robert Hall, who wiped away tears following
the hearing, where Circuit Judge Timothy Koon told the boy the first- degree
murder charge requires he remain at the detention center pending trial.

``It's such a shock,'' Robert Hall said as he and Steven Etheredge's mother,
Linza Hall, left the detention center. They declined to say anymore.

The teen arrived in Polk County about 1 a.m. Saturday, after waiving
extradition in Mobile, Ala., Friday afternoon, the Polk County Sheriff's Office
said. The court appearance was the first reunion between the boy and his mother
since his return.

Steven Etheredge and friends, Tony Headley, 15, 456 Market Square, and Jeremy
Barman, 16, 1039 Cherry Lane, are each charged with first-degree murder in the
Monday night strangling and stabbing death of Frank Etheredge, 45. The killing
occurred at the Etheredges' home, 6303 Lakeland Highlands Road, where
detectives found the man's body Wednesday night stuffed in the trunk of his
car.

Polk County Sheriff's Col. Grady Judd alleges the killing was the first step in
a plan concocted by the three George Jenkins High School sophomores. Grady said
the three planned to kill all their parents and ``murder and rob their way to
California.'' There, they were to hook up with a female Internet friend.

Lakeland attorney John Liguori, who represents Headley, doesn't agree with the
sheriff's interpretation of the events.

``What police are saying about these kids planning to kill their parents and go
on a cross-country killing spree - I believe that to be totally inaccurate,''
Liguori said Saturday. ``I think it's an outrageous over-dramatization,
entirely opposite from the facts we're going to see in the case.''

Saturday detectives continued to investigate a second female Internet friend of
the teens, this one from New Hampshire. Detectives said she talked on the
telephone to the boys before and after the killing, Holder said. Detectives
said the girl told them that Barman described how the killing was carried out
while he helped wrap Frank Etheredge's body in black plastic.

Court records, neighbors and relatives detailed a turbulent relationship
between Frank Etheredge, his son and his former wife. It was a relationship
described as being filled with alcoholism, isolation and neglect.

Linza Hall wasn't allowed regular visitations with Steven Etheredge because his
father threatened to file ``trespass charges against her if she showed up on
his property,'' according to court files. When she did visit, she wasn't
allowed to drive onto the property and instead met her son in the street.

Frank Etheredge said in court he made the boy wear a tape recorder during
visits.

Next-door neighbor Jim Robertson said that Steven Etheredge, after his 12th
birthday, began to spend most of his time on his computer as a ``way to escape
his father's problems.'' Relatives said the computer became a primary means of
communication between Hall and her son.

During 1990 divorce proceedings, Hall relinquished custody of her son because
of what court records described as ``financial difficulties.'' She also gave up
the homeon Lakeland Highlands Road. In 1994, Hall said in court records that
Steven Etheredge had ``expressed a desire to live with her.'' She tried to
regain custody citing Frank Etheredge's ``failure to meet the child's academic
and emotional needs,'' and alcohol abuse, according to court records.

The same year, Steven Etheredge missed more than 40 days of school and Frank
Etheredge more than 23 days of work at his job with the Internal Revenue
Service.

In May 1995, Etheredge was told by the IRS ``either resign or be fired,'' he
said in court. He blamed his son's illnesses for his work absences, but
admitted he had been previously treated for alcoholism and depression, court
records show. He never held another job, and neighbors said he and his son
lived off welfare checks and Hall's $420-a-month child support payments, which
are listed in court records.

A judge denied Hall's custody petition in November 1995, four months after
Frank Etheredge broke both of his legs when he wandered into the roadway and
was hit by a car. The accident occurred during what Robertson described as a
``drunken binge.'' Steven Etheredge told a judge he needed to remain with his
father to help care for him.

Now Steven Etheredge will find himself before another judge, and defense
lawyers will try to prevent what's left of his childhood from being spent
behind bars.

The public defender's office was appointed Saturday to represent Steven
Etheredge. But the office already represents co-defendant Barman. It cannot be
advocate for both. The office may keep Barman and hand Etheredge over to
another attorney. That decision could be made Monday.

Indigent defendants can be appointed a private attorney when the public
defender's office has a conflict.

Candace J. Samolinski and Beth Foushee work in the Tribune's Lakeland office
and can be reached at (941) 683-6538.
