Nothing beats a news story about a child who MURDERS their parent/slaveowner.
It is always so rewarding to find a news item like the one below, especially
since I just stumbled across it by accident.
Over in Missouri, a grand jury has indicted a 15 year old boy named Vincent
Greer, on charges of Murdering his Mommy, and severely injuring his Daddy, on
the day before Thanksgiving, 1997. Yup, Vincent, a mere lad of 15, SHOT both of
his parents, killing mom and seriously wounding dad. On the morning over
November 26th, Vincent's father walked into Vincent's basement bedroom to wake
him up. Vincent was hiding behind a couch, with a loaded shotgun in hand. As
his father walked in, Vincent AMBUSHED him without warning, shooting his Daddy.
The father yelled out a warning to his wife, telling her to 'close the basement
door and run!", right after he was shot. But Vincent was quick and determined
to claim his vengeance. Right after shooting his Daddy, Vincent ran upstairs
from the basement to "take care" of Mommy. He found her hiding in the kitchen,
and gave her a shotgun blast at point blank range, killing her. By this time,
Vincent's two younger sisters had woken up and entered the kitchen, obviously
in terror/shock. Vincent had to reload his shotgun, and that is what he tried
to do, apparently with the intention of killing BOTH of his younger sisters!
The thing is, Daddy was NOT killed by Vincent's shotgun blast. He had managed
to drag himself up the stairs, despite being severely injured, and as Vincent
was trying to reload the shotgun, his wounded Daddy JUMPED on top of Vincent,
and managed to hold him down, while his younger sister frantically dialed 911!
Despite his injuries, Daddy did manage to hold down Vincent until police
arrived and took our enraged 15 year old into custody.
As can be expected in your DERANGED society, 15 year old Vincent IS being
treated as an adult by the judicial system, even though he is NOT an adult, and
should ONLY face a juvenile court and never have to serve any time in an adult
prison.
Stanley Greer, Vincent's father, despite being shot by his son, and STILL
having a bullet lodged lodged right near his spine, is standing by the boy, and
tells us that he wants his son to be treated as a juvenile and given the mental
health care that he deserves, rather than to be tried as an adult and thrown
into a prison cage. He is appealing the decision by a juvenile court judge,
which allows your pathetic society to treat this MINOR as an adult. Will his
appeal succeed?? VERY unlikely! Because your society is MALICIOUS and
irrational and has no sense of fairness or justice whatsoever.
Witnesses at a mental competency hearing testified that in the eight months
prior to Vincent's killing rampage, he suffered a clear and obvious mental
deterioration. But as can be expected from an EVIL society, a juvenile court
judge not only found Vincent competent to stand trial, but ordered him to be
treated as an adult!
Everyone KNEW that Vincent was mentally ill. Everyone in the family, as well
as Vincent's teachers, ALL urged Vincent and his wife to GET MENTAL HELP
foVincent, in the months prior to the shooting rampage. It was Daddy Stanley
who RESISTED and REFUSED to get counseling for his son. And now, now that his
wife is dead and he has a bullet near his spine, Daddy Stanley finally
recognizes that it is his FAULT that his 15 year old slave is facing jail time.
It is Daddy Stanley's fault, because he resisted getting mental health
counseling for his son, despite the URGING of his wife, mother, sisters,
brothers, teachers, and school administrators. It was just two DAYS before
Vincent's shooting rampage, that Daddy Stanley finally agreed to get counseling
for his son.
Anyway, it is always uplifting for me to read a news article about a child,
and Vincent IS a child at age 15, not just attacking, but actually killing, a
parent. Sure, this article has a LOT of negative things, things that
demonstrate how pathetic your society is, such as the fact that Vincent is
being treated as an adult. But somehow, the simple fact of a boy successfully
killing his parent/slaveowner is enough to redeem the news story and bring me a
genuine sense of personal, cathartic, pleasure.

Post-Dispatch newspaper:
Grand jury indicts teen in his mother's murder
Friday, Feb. 6, 1988
CLAYTON -- Vincent Greer has been indicted for murdering his mother and will
face the charges as an adult.
A St. Louis County grand jury handed down an indictment of first-degree murder,
and two counts of felony assault against the 15-year-old youth who shot his
mother and father, authorities said this morning.
The boy's father, Stanley Greer, said he has not giving up his efforts to get
his son mental health treatment through the juvenile court system. He said he
is appealing a juvenile court judge's decision that certified his son to stand
trial as an adult.
Vincent Greer fatally shot his mother and seriously wounded his father at their
St. Ann home the day before Thanksgiving. Family Court Administrative Judge
Melvyn W. Wiesman certified the youth to stand trial as an adult in early
January, after six hours of testimony from family members, school officials and
mental health experts.
Citing the nature of the crime, Wiesman said: ``The primary factor is that I
don't believe there are any programs or facilities within the context of the
safety of the community'' to place Greer as a juvenile.
The judge also found that Greer was competent to deal with his attorney and to
prepare for trial.
According to police: On the morning of Nov. 26, Stanley Greer went to his son's
basement bedroom to wake him. The son jumped up from behind a sofa and shot at
his father with a shotgun. Greer yelled at his wife upstairs to close the
basement door, but the teen found his mother trying to hide in their kitchen.
He shot her and began reloading the weapon as his two younger sisters came into
the room. Before he could finish, Stanley Greer tackled the teen and held him
until police arrived.
Stanley Greer survived his injuries, but a bullet remains lodged near his
spine. He said he wants his child to receive mental health services through
juvenile facilities, not in prison.
Most of the witnesses testified at the certifiation hearing that Vincent Greer,
a normally good student, suffered from some kind of mental deterioration in the
eight months before he shot his parents.
Vincent Greer's attorney, Ronald Rothman, said he will ask for a rehearing in
the St. Louis County Circuit Court or appeal directly to the Missouri Court of
Appeals.
Stanley Greer has said he blames himself for his wife's death because he failed
to recognize his son's mental illness sooner and failed to get counseling for
the youth. Stanley Greer said his late wife, his mother, his sisters and
brothers, as well as teachers and school administrators in the Ritenour School
District had wanted Vincent Greer to get counseling. The insurance papers to
pay for Vincent's counseling were in his wife's purse the morning she was
killed, Stanley Greer said.
Two days before the shootings, Stanley Greer agreed to get counseling for his
son.

This sounds very fishy. You don't suppose they were signing him up for
a few years of counseling in Jamaica behind his back, do you?
Apparently, he found out something that precipitated a preemptive first
strike against his parental units. It would be interesting to know what
it was.

Hello Eric,
I would agree that it is odd that the timing of Vincent's rampage coincided
so closely with the time when the Daddty "supposedly" was about to agree to
psychiatric counseling.

That is a VERY intriguing point and possibility that you raise. It is
certainly possible that you might be on to something.

I agree. Perhaps he simply did not want to undergo ANY type of counseling,
and chose to show his parents what he thought about them FORCING him to undergo
counseling.

I wish I could find out more. Already tried one search, and did not find any
additional detailed articles on this case, unfortunately.
