Over in Wisconsin, a 39 year old man named Phillip K. Buck is under arrest on
bloodsucking charges. Yes indeed, police say that Phillip had numerous parties
inside of his home, attended primarily by teen-agers. And that during these
parties, Phillip would "entice" the teens to either SLASH their own arms, or to
slash each other's arms. He would then sometimes put his lips and mouth over
the cuts, and SUCK their BLOOD!
Phillip was arrested yesterda on two felony counts of causing harm to a
child, in connection with a 16 year old intoxicated girl who attended one of
Phillip's parties in December. Phillip told the girl that he had a wooden stake
and intended to kill himself. He then gave the 16 year old a razor blade and
urged her to cut herself, telling her that: "It will make you feel better". Our
obedient and inebriated girl promptly proceeded to slash her forearms, which
began to bleed heavily. At that point, Phillip put his lips/mouth on one of the
wounds, and began happily sucking her blood. He continued doing this for
FIFTEEN minutes, before another man intervened and took the 16 year old out of
Phillip's home and away from the party.
The man who rescued this 16 year old, is also apparently a regular visitor to
these parties, and he told police that Phillip has sucked the blood from other
teen-agers, at his home, in the past. Phillip sometimes cut his own arms,
before handing a razor blade to a girl and urging her to follow his example and
cut herself. It does seem that Phillip preferred to observe and interact with
FEMALES who cut themselves, although there were males who attended these
parties as well.
Bloodsucking Phillip is denying the allegations, and says that: "Youths come
to my house all the time and I have no control over them". He admits that the
16 year old girl was in his home, and did cut her arms, but he says that he
didn't tell or urge her to do it. Police who executed a search warrant at
Phillip's home found a vampire book, a whipping device, and cloth restraints,
among other things. Hey, every bloodsucker needs his vampire books, right? :)
Phillip is on probation, and will also be charged with having violated the
terms of his probation. He COULD face up to 15-25 years in prison if convicted
of all charges.
It is a fact there are quite a lot of people who do deliberately cut and
injure themselves, not because they want to DIE, but because they genuinely
feel BETTER, calmer and happiuer and less depressed, after cutting themselves.
The habit often begins during the teen years, but can last for a lifetime. It's
very possible that 39 year old Phillip is a genuine "cutter", who enjoys and
derives pleasure and releases tension, by cutting himself, and very possibly
has done this for MANY years, ever since he was a teen.
But MOST cutters like to do their cutting while they are alone. A few of them
enjoy "showing off" their scars and cuts, after they have cut themselves. But
it is very unusual to have a cutter throwing parties and trying to convince
others to cut themselves with him, etc.... But of course every human being is
unique, and Phillip very possibly has incorporated rage and hate and the
bloodsucking desire, into his own possible self-cutting urges.
Anyway, there is of course a risk of AIDS or other disease transmission in
these situations, but there is no mention of Phillip being HIV positive or
having other blood transmitable diseases. It sounds like HE did all of the
bloodsucking, he did not force the teens to suck his blood. So he was placing
HIMSELF in much greater jeopardy than he placed the teens in, IF indeed he is
NOT HIV positive already, because he was sucking THEIR blood, and obviously had
no way of being sure whether the teens were infected with the AIDS virus.
Take care, JOE

Man accused of sucking blood of teen
Teens slashed themselves at his parties, officials say

A Town of Scott man was in custody in the Sheboygan County Jail on Friday
accused of sucking the blood out of a teenage girl's arms after enticing her to
slash them, prosecutors said.
The offenses occurred in the man's home where other teens reportedly slashed
themselves and licked or sucked their wounds during underage drinking parties,
the complaint says.
Phillip K. Buck, 39, was being held on $2,500 cash bail and charged with two
felony counts of causing bodily harm to a child. He is also under a probation
hold and will be charged as a habitual criminal, the complaint says.
Buck was arrested last month after neighbors reported that ritualistic abuse of
juveniles was taking place in his home, a statement from the Sheboygan County
Sheriff's Department says.
According to the criminal complaint:
A witness told investigators that on Dec. 27 he attended a party at Buck's
home, where juveniles were drinking alcohol. Buck told a 16-year-old
intoxicated girl that he had a wooden stake and he was going to kill himself,
the man said.
Buck then handed the girl a razor blade and told her that "it would make you
feel better." The girl then made several "criss-cross" cuts on the inside of
each of her forearms and started to bleed profusely, the man said.
Buck then placed his mouth on one of the wounds and started sucking the girl's
blood. Buck sucked the girl's arms for about 15 minutes before the man took her
from Buck's home, the man said, adding that she bled for another 15 to 20
minutes.
He also told investigators that other blood-sucking incidents had taken place
in Buck's home.
Another man told investigators that Buck got other juvenile females drunk and
talked them into cutting themselves. The man reported that Buck used a razor to
cut his arms in front of the girls before giving the razor to them, the
complaint says.
Another time, Buck reportedly told party-goers that there was an informant
among them and that if he ever found out who it was he would "crush their
throat."
Buck denied the accusations, stating that the youths were coming to his house
at all times and he had no control over them, the complaint says.
He admitted that the girl in question, who is now 17, was in his home but said
that she approached him with fresh cuts on her arms and said she "did it for
him," the complaint says.
Items were taken from Buck's home when the Sheriff's Department executed the
search warrant, including cloth restraints, a vampire book, a whipping device,
a razor blade and a penknife, the complaint says.
If convicted on both counts, Buck could be sentenced to up to 15 years in
prison and fined $20,000. The penalty enhancer for habitual criminality could
add six years for each count.
Investigators have no reason to believe that this vampire-like activity has any
connection to reports of a group of people involved in such activity in
Wisconsin Rapids, said James Hoffmann, Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department
director of operations.
That group, dubbed the "hissers" by police because of the sound they made when
confronted, became known after an October razor attack.
The attacker licked the blood off the razor, police said.
