Over in Oregon, we have ourselves a 29 year old Mommy named Tammy Hyslop who
is under arrest on charges of having violently shaken her 23 month old
daughter-slave to death, last week. Yup, our Mommy of course maintained her
innocence, but police were able to determine that she was the only person with
slave Kathy, when the toddler suffered her fatal injuries. Guess what? 29 year
old Mommy Tammy is now 8 months pregnant with her SIXTH child-slave! She is
also MENTALLY RETARDED or developmentally diabled, although she is only
referred to as habing "limited intellectual ability."
Oh yeah, the State has been TOTALLY aware of Mommy Tammy and her INFERIORITY,
for YEARS. But of course it struggled viliantly to PRESERVE her Sacred Parental
Rights of Ownership, SACRIFICING child after child, allowing this inferior
woman to traumatize one child after another, as a slaveowner, until she finally
killed this 23 month old. Our dead slave's Daddy is nowhere to be found, but is
not considered a suspect at all. He simply abandoned Tammy, the mentally
retarded baby factory, most likely as soon as he realized that he had
impregnated her.
At the time that she slaughtered slave Kathy last week, THREE out of her four
OTHER child-slaves had already been seized by the State, and either placed with
relatives or adopted through the foster care system. But she was allowed to
keep THIS 23 month old, as weel as a 36 month old son. Unbelievable! Your
society KNOWS this woman is RETARDED, seizes THREE of her slaves, but decides
to let her KEEP 2 other slaves. Ha! It's just like Russian roulette, how your
perverse society chooses to allow helpless children to be enslaved to
DOCUMENTED INFERIORS, like Mommy Tammy.
And now, with our Mommy of 5 being 8 months pregnant, your society WILL
choose to allow some type of "bonding" to occur between this inferior woman,
and her newborn baby. Even if she is kept in jail, while awaiting her MURDER
trial, your society will NOT terminate all of her parental rights over this yet
to be born slave.
Child welfare authorities declare that they had been "intensely monitoring"
the family unit, prior to the murder of slave Kathy. Well of course, they've
already seized THREE slaves from the home. naturally they were monitoring the 2
slaves that were LEFT BEHIND. But it is a PERVERSION of rationality for these 2
helpless toddlers to have been left enslaved to their Mommy, after she already
lost custody of THREE others, due to her demonstrated incompetence and
inferiority. Mommy Tammy is guilty of NOTHING. She should not be charged with
murder. YOU humans and YOUR society are 100% guilty of causing this 23 month
old toddler to be murdered. You CHOSE to let this creator kill her slave, all
in the name of upholding your insane advocacy of the Sacred Family Unit set of
cultural mores.
23 month old Kathy herself, WAS seized by the state shortly after birth, and
raised in foster care for the first 12 months of her life. She was then RIPPED
AWAY from the safety of her foster home environment, and thrown back to her
Sacred Creator, a mentally retarded single mother who has a long history of
demonstrable incompetence when it comes to providing proper care to children.
Nine months later, our Mommy slaughtered slave Kathy. The blood of this toddler
is TOTALLY and SOLELY on the hands of your society.
Our slave did die of blunt force head and spinal cord trauma consustent with
violent shaking. But police confirm that she had NUMEROUS older injuries on her
body as well. In a RATIONAL society, Mommy Tammy would NOT be criminally
prosecuted. She killed her slave SOLELY due to the fact that your society chose
to enable, facilitate, and genuinely CAUSE the murder to occur. Your society
GAVE her the slave, and literally said: "We know that you are not normal. We
know that you are retarded. We know that you have demonstrated a complete
inability to properly care for children. Knowing all this, here is a child.
This is your slave. Do with it as you see fit." Right now, the judge in her
murder trial should step down from the bench, walk over to Tammy, fall down to
his knees, and profusely apologize to her, for making her into a murderer. And
then he should dismiss ALL criminal charges against her, and publically declare
the following: "My society is 100% responsible for and guilty of causing the
death of 23 month old Kathy. This defendent, Mommy Tammy, is nothing more than
a victim. My society used her as an instrument of death. She is no more
"guilty" of a crime, than a Glock model 17 gun is guilty of any crime. She is
simply an INSTRUMENT and CREATION of my perverse and pathetic society. I free
her now, with my sincere apologies for what my society has done to her."
This is what would occur, IF you humans chose to embrace Truth and
rationality, and had ANY interest in the concepts of justice and accepting
responsibility and guilt for what YOU and YOUR society truly are.

Police on Saturday arrested the mother of a Portland toddler who was shaken to
death.
Tammy M. Hyslop, 29, is being held without bail at the Justice Center Jail in
Portland on suspicion of murder by abuse and felony murder, according to
Portland Police Detective Sgt. Wayne Svilar. The investigation revealed that
Hyslop was the only person with her 23-month-old daughter, Kathy Garcia, when
the girl suffered fatal injuries, Svilar said.
Hyslop has four other children and is eight months pregnant with her sixth
child, Svilar said. Child welfare workers, aware of Hyslop's limited
intellectual ability, worked closely with Hyslop for several years and closely
followed Kathy's case, according to the State Office for Services to Family and
Children. The agency did not say whether there had been past instances of abuse
involving Hyslop and her five children.
The girl was declared brain dead at a hospital Monday night, and the cause of
death was listed as blunt force head and spinal cord trauma, or shaken baby
syndrome.
"These cases, nobody wins. Obviously, we should have stopped it before it
happened," Svilar said. "The whole thing is sad."
Police still are searching for the toddler's biological father, Pedro Garcia
Sr., who police say is not a suspect and might not know his child is dead.
At the time of Kathy's death, three of Hyslop's four other children were either
in the care of relatives or adopted. Hyslop's 3-year-old son, who also lived
with her, has been placed in another home. Police didn't observe any injuries
on the boy, Svilar said.

Child-welfare workers say they intensively monitored the family of Kathy Garcia
before the 23-month-old Portland girl died Monday, possibly from being shaken
to death.
The State Office for Services to Children and Families disclosed few new
details Friday about its involvement with the case, citing the ongoing criminal
investigation.
An official said the toddler lived in foster care for about the first year of
her life before being returned to live with her mother, Tammy M. Hyslop, a year
ago. Rob Abrams, an assistant regional administrator with SCF, said Kathy's
situation was closely watched.
No arrests have been made.
Portland police Detective Sgt. Wayne Svilar did not give new information about
the investigation. SCF officials are cooperating with police and reviewing
their own handling of the case.
Officials did not say if there had been past instances of abuse involving
Hyslop, 29, and any of her five children. Police also are still searching for
the baby's biological father, Pedro Garcia Sr.
Kathy was declared brain dead Monday night, and the cause of death was listed
as blunt force head and spinal cord trauma. The injuries Kathy died of were
likely inflicted shortly before she was rushed to the hospital Monday
afternoon, according to Dr. Cliff Nelson, a deputy state medical examiner. Her
bruised body showed evidence of older injuries, Nelson said. He would not
elaborate.
SCF caseworkers monitored the family for several years and tracked them when
they moved from east Multnomah County to North Portland. They worked
"intensively" with Hyslop, according to SCF spokeswoman Karen Sheppard.
John Barr, manager of the SCF's St. Johns branch, which assumed the case about
six months ago, said only that "the mother's intellectual ability to provide
appropriate parenting" prompted caseworkers to keep close tabs.
"I would characterize this as a case where there continued to be questions and
concerns that required that it be monitored fairly closely," Barr said. He
would not elaborate.
Kathy was named a state ward when she was just a few months old, according to
juvenile records. However, she mostly lived with her mother and 3-year-old
brother under the supervision of SCF. The brother is now in the care of
relatives; a 5-year-old sister has been with relatives for some time. Twins
born in 1991 were adopted by another family.
Barr said it's not unusual for wards of the state to live with their families.
The circumstances of specific cases determine the degree of supervision, he
added.
There is no formal system of reviewing such cases, Barr said. He did note,
however, that committees of caseworkers and supervisors in the branch decide
which children might be removed from or returned to their homes.
The agency will more formally review Kathy's death once the criminal
investigation is completed, probably within 30 to 60 days.

Police are interviewing family and friends of a North Portland toddler who
suffered a fatal head injury, possibly after being shaken to death.
An autopsy revealed that Kathy Garcia, 23 months, died Monday night of blunt
force head and spinal cord trauma, according to the Multnomah County medical
examiner's office. Portland police Thursday revealed they are treating the
death as a homicide.
"The injuries are classic for shaken baby syndrome," said Dr. Cliff Nelson, a
deputy state medical examiner. "There is no way this is accidental. The only
way you get the type of injuries this child has, number one, you're shaken or
shaken and slammed. Or number two, it's a severe automobile accident."
Kathy's bruised body showed old injuries, too, Nelson said. He would not
elaborate.
Police have spoken with the infant's mother, Tammy M. Hyslop , 29, of North
Portland and are searching for the child's biological father, 32-year-old Pedro
Garcia Sr.
Hyslop has an unlisted phone number and could not be reached Thursday for
comment.
No suspects have been named in the case. Detective Sgt. Wayne Svilar is trying
to determine who last was with the child. "Any and all caretakers of this child
are persons of interest."
Paramedics rushed Kathy to Legacy Emanuel Hospital and Health Center shortly
before 2:30 p.m. Monday, after her mother called 9-1-1 to say her baby wasn't
breathing, Svilar said. The child, who was unresponsive, was put on a
respirator and declared brain dead at 9 p.m. An autopsy was conducted
Wednesday, and police Thursday released details of the case.
State social workers have worked with Hyslop and her five children for several
years and are assessing the situation, said John Barr , manager of the St.
Johns branch of the state Office for Services to Children and Families. Barr
described Hyslop as cooperative but intellectually limited.
"I think the major concern with the family has been Hyslop's ability to parent
that many children," Barr said.
Hyslop had been caring for Kathy and one of her other children, Barr said. The
other child in Hyslop's care, a 3-year-old boy, has been placed with a relative
since Kathy's death, Barr said, while police and Office for Services to
Children and Families. workers investigate.
Before the latest incident, two of Hyslop's other children, twins, were
permanently adopted, and a 5-year-old daughter was placed with relatives, Barr
said.
Because of the fragility of an infant's brain and its blood vessels, babies are
prone to bleed inside their skulls with even mild shaking, said Dr. Dana Braner
, an intensive care physician at Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
Shaken baby syndrome first was described in 1961 by Dr. C. Henry Kempe , Braner
said. The syndrome gained widespread attention in the fall during the trial of
Louise Woodward, the 20-year-old British au pair convicted of manslaughter for
shaking to death an 8-month-old boy in her care.
Syndrome rare in Oregon
Deaths from shaken baby syndrome are rare in Oregon, said Lisa Millet , manager
of child fatality and child injury prevention for the Oregon Health Division.
In 1997, only one baby died of shaken baby syndrome in Oregon. But the deaths
gain a lot of attention, she said.
"It's very high profile, and it's so shocking to people," she said. "People
react at an incredible gut level to this."
About 11 children in Oregon, most under 5 years of age, died of abuse in 1997.
That number has remained fairly stable since 1994.
For Oregon children ages 1 to 4, based on information from 1990 to 1996, the
leading causes of death, in order, are car crashes, congenital anomalies such
as a heart defect, homicide, fires, drowning and cancer, Millet said.
For children younger than age 1, the causes are perinatal conditions, such as
being born prematurely; sudden infant death syndrome; congenital anomalies;
accidental suffocation; and homicide.
In a case of shaken baby syndrome, a grand jury probably would consider charges
of murder by abuse, a murder done with recklessness, extreme indifference and a
pattern of abuse; felony murder, defined as a murder committed in the act of
another crime; or first-degree manslaughter, a murder done with recklessness
and extreme indifference; said Mike Kuykendall , a Multnomah County deputy
district attorney.

I agree. In fact, I think that cash incentives should be offered to all child
abusers and murderers, to encourage them to undergo irreversable sterilization.
I still think however, that Mandatory Parental Competency tests are a far
better and more rational method of protecting and saving children from abuse
and murder, than any type of attempt at FORCED sterilization could be. I do not
support forced sterilization, when the much better option of forced and
madatory parental competency testing, is available.

You know what? I think it would make sense, given the fact of
population overgrowth, if every country on earth would offer a cash
incentive to *everyone* to undergo voluntary, irreversible
sterilization. I think that the savings we would experience from a
slower population growth would enable us to offer a substantial reward
for this voluntary childlessness, and I think such a program might even
save the planet.

create as many beholden human slaves as it possibly can, and every society
believes that there is strength in numbers, because the more humans there are,
the easier it is for society to GET RID of the rabble-rousers, non-conformists,
mentally unstabe, those who refuse to let themselves be brainwashed etc...,via

ACTIVELY MALEVOLENT, as are all societies. It is only interested in maintaining
power and domination over the masses. And the best way to do this is to create
as many citizen-slaves as possible, brutally brainwash them and destroy their
sense of self-worth, and turn as many as possible into loyal and obedient
slaves, who are willing to DIE in order to fight for and protect their EVIL
