Only about 65 hours left until I must and will leave on my regular monthly
trip. I intend to spend my online time revelling in actual on-topic true-crime
reading and posting, so be warned, you troll posters, that I will NOT be
indulging your posts as I did yesterday. You risk the very real possibility of
permanent excommunication, if you try to waste any more of my time.
MOst of you should recall the multiple child murder case of Regina Moreland
in Ohio. I made several long posts about this case, months ago. It certainly is
very intriguing. Frequent death seems to run in the Moreland family, in an
incredibly prolific manner. Several adult Family Unit members have died in car
crashes or committed suicide over the past 12-18 months. Regina's own husband
committed suicide. Or at least he died, and it LOOKED like a suicide.
But MOST intriguingly, FOUR different children have DIED, within the past 12
months, while under the care of Regina. She was the grandmother of THREE of the
4 child-slaves, and the aunt of the fourth. They were aged 1, 2, 2, and 3.
Obviously there is GREAT likelihood that these 4 children were MURDERED, and
the most logical suspect is grandma/great aunt Regina. Police however, do not
have enough evidence to charge anyone criminally, with regard to the four child
deaths.
Autopsies were done on all four dead children, and they conclusively reveal
that all 4 were SUFFOCATED to death in a similar manner. This of course only
strengthens the certainty that ONE killer harvested all 4.
Police have been investigating this case for months. Obviously grandma Regina
always was and PROBABLY still is, a prime suspect. Police have also focused on
an OLDER child, aged 12, who lived in the home and was KNOWN for playing
"choking games" with other children.
There will be a police/forensic/detective meeting today, in which authorities
will decide whether they have enough evidence to charge anyone with these
killings. It sounds as though they still do not have such evidence.
Grandma Regina was/is the owner of FOUR other children, aged 7, 8, 11, and
12. The 12 year old boy is the child SUSPECT in the 4 killings. All four
children were seized by the State, only AFTER the FOURTH small child turned up
dead in June. Regina, a possible Quadruple child murderess, has been busy
trying to REGAIN possession of her four surviving slaves, ever since then.
THere was a custody hearing yesterday, and the judge ordered Regina to
undergo 'counseling and psychological" tests. He made this order PREVIOUSLY as
well, and Regina FAILED to obey the order. That ALONE should result in ALL of
her parental rights being permanently terminated, in a RATIONAL society. But
no, instead the judge simply told her to STOP disobeying him and go get the
counseling & psych tests done, at which point in time, if the results are
anywhere NEAR satisfactory, four helpless child-slaves will be THROWN back into
enslavement to a suspected quadruple murderess. Here we see the level of utter
disdain that your society has for the safety, welfare, and lives of children.
Regina left court yesterday without making any comment. Her lawyer, knowing
the value of painting his client as a "loving and bereaved Mommy", rather than
a quadruple child murderess, promptly told the media that his innocent client
is "upset and almost wanting to give up. She was hurt, disheartened, expecting
good things to happen today.". Why not? In the gloriously diseased nation and
society of ameriKKKa, you can systematically kill 4 small children, and as long
as they are part of your Sacred family Unit, you can still expect "good things"
to happen to you. But she will bravely fight on. She will fight the good fight,
eager to get back her SLAVES. If she does, that decreases the likelihood that
she will ever be charged with any of the four MURDERS of other children that
she more than likely committed.
A spokesperson for child welfare CONFIRMS that despite disobeying the orders
of a judge, despite being a prime suspect in the murders of four children,
despite the State having custody of her 4 surviving slaves, this woman will
have those 4 surviving slaves RETURNED to her for the Thanksgiving holiday, so
that the Sacred Family Unit can be together to celebrate this special day of
genocidal turkey slaughter. Beautiful! CPS confirms that the visit will be
"supervised", so we can assume that there MIGHT not be an opportunity for Mommy
Regina to slaughter any of her 4 remaining slaves. Throughout this entire case,
this woman has had WEEKLY visitation rights to all four of her children. Oh
yeah, can't let that Sacred Blood Bond be eased or broken. Gotta FORCE the
family unit together. Gotta force the children to stay in contact with their
legal owner. So what if she is a suspected quadruple murderess of children?
Just because she may have killed four doesn't mean that she will kill any more,
right? And besides, children are subhuman pieces of worthless property. We'll
just take our chances, and try to supervise the visits, declares CPS, and if
nobody is MURDERED during these supervised visits, we will consider them a
success and use them to justify giving back permanent possession of the slaves,
at a future date.
How PATHETIC your malevolent society is, worshipping at the alter of the
Sacred Family Unit, and deliberately sacrificing the heath, safety, souls, and
lives of hundreds of thousands of children every year, in pursuit of glorifying
and SHOVING the Sacred Family UNit set of cultural mores down the THROAT of
every citizen-slave.
If you would like to view a color facial photo of mommy/grandma Regina, a
very possible quadruple murderess, simply point your web browser to:

You'll find a small but clear facial photo of Regina. She certainly has the
hardened look of a potential serial child murderess. But of course appearances
can be deceiving.
Take care, JOE

Woman in Child-Deaths Case in Court
By JAMES HANNAH
DAYTON, Ohio (AP) -- Prosecutors plan to meet with investigators to see if
there is enough evidence to charge anyone in the deaths of four young children
at the home of Regina Moreland during the past year.
The coroner said the deaths were homicides by suffocation. Police have said a
child in the family may have been involved in the deaths, but no charges have
been filed.
Prosecutor James Cole said Monday that he didn't know whether charges would be
filed after meeting with police and coroner's officials today.
Three of the four children -- DaJainae Phillips, 1, Alexis Marshall, 2, and
Danatta Moreland, 3 -- died at Mrs. Moreland's former home in Dayton late last
year. Two-year-old Kelab Moreland died June 25 in her new home in suburban
Trotwood. Mrs. Moreland was the grandmother of three of the toddlers and a
great-aunt of the other.
After the deaths were ruled homicides, authorities took custody of the four
remaining children, a 12-year-old boy and girls aged 11, 8 and 7. They include
Mrs. Moreland's three adopted children and a biological granddaughter.
During a custody hearing Monday in Montgomery County Juvenile Court, Judge
Michael Murphy said Mrs. Moreland has failed to complete counseling and
psychological tests he ordered. He said he might hold her in contempt if they
aren't completed by the next hearing.
Mrs. Moreland's attorney, Anthony Van Noy, blamed paperwork problems and said
she wasn't not notified about several appointments for psychological testing.
Murphy ordered the children to remain in foster homes and scheduled the next
hearing for Feb. 24.
Mrs. Moreland left the courtroom without making any comment. Van Noy said his
client was upset and ``almost wanting to give up.''
``She was hurt, disheartened, expecting good things to happen today,'' Van Noy
said.
Murphy said he would like to see the children return home for Thanksgiving.
``We'll be making arrangements to have a supervised visit during the holiday,''
said Ann Stevens, a spokeswoman for Montgomery County Children's Services. She
said Mrs. Moreland visits her children about once a week under the agency's
supervision.

Moreland to spend holiday with kids
11/24/98
By Wendy Hundley
DAYTON DAILY NEWS
A judge threatened to hold Regina Moreland in contempt of court if she does not
comply with court-ordered counseling but paved the way for her to be with her
four children over Thanksgiving.
"This case is moving slower than a snail," Montgomery County Juvenile Court
Judge Michael Murphy said at a custody hearing Monday. "We must move forward."
Moreland is the grandmother and great-aunt to four children, ages 1 to 3, who
died in her home the past year. All deaths have been ruled homicides.
After the last death, June 25, Moreland's four children were placed in the
custody of Montgomery County Children Services.
The hearing came a day before prosecutors and police meet to discuss possible
criminal charges in the four deaths.
Murphy has said in past hearings that he needs more information to decide if
it's safe to send the children home.
Monday, the judge expressed concern about how long the children had been apart
from their family. He seemed anxious for a resolution.
"This court is trying to protect all the children," Murphy said. "But how long
do we sit and wait until we find out? And I'm not sure what it is we're trying
to find out."
Murphy ordered the children to remain in their present placements for at least
the next 90 days while their mother completes grief counseling sessions and a
psychological evaluation.
"If she misses an appointment, this court will consider holding the mother in
contempt," Murphy said.
However, he said he felt "it would be appropriate for the children to have
Thanksgiving with their family."
Montgomery County Children Services is arranging for Moreland's supervised
visit with her children during the holiday, spokeswoman Ann Stevens said.
Details are being worked out.
Moreland, who sat quietly during the hearing, appeared upset afterwards. Her
attorney, Anthony Van Noy, said she hoped her children would be returned home
now or at least have a plan for their return.
"She's almost wanting to give up," Van Noy said. "She feels no one is listening
and no one cares."
He said his client has been trying to comply with the court requirements and
will complete all her appointments within the 90-day period.
In a related matter, Murphy denied a motion by attorney Barry Galen to appoint
a special prosecutor in the case. He said he would reconsider the motion if
criminal charges are filed.
Galen, court-appointed guardian for the four Moreland children, felt the dual
role of the Montgomery County prosecutor's office presented a conflict of
interest. The prosecutor's office provides legal counsel for children services
and would also handle any prosecution if charges are filed.
Assistant Prosecutor James Cole said the office routinely handles the advocacy
and prosecution roles in child abuse cases and "this case is no different."
Murphy also ordered a sealed psychological evaluation of a child suspect in the
case released to children services.
That agency, he said, would have to decide whether to disclose it to Anne
Dettmer, head of the prosecutor's child protection unit, who had sought to see
a copy of the report.
Stevens of children services said the agency had just received a copy Monday
afternoon.
"We'll have to review it, then we'll make a decision about what, if anything,
will be released to the prosecutor's office," Stevens said.
Murphy set a new custody hearing for Feb. 24.
